According to the spirit of the First Session of the 13 th National People's Congress,the General Office of the People's Government of Gansu Province issued the “Implementation Plan for the Supporting Activities of Rural Schools in Deep Poverty Counties in 2018”,clearly stating: “The rural school support activities in deep poverty counties are provincial and provincial governments.Promote education to promote poverty alleviation and promote the balanced development of compulsory education.Relevant educational administrative departments and relevant colleges and universities set up leading groups for rural schools to support education activities in poverty-stricken counties,effectively strengthen organizational leadership and attach importance to teaching internships." As an effective measure to promote teacher education reform and strengthen rural school education,teaching internship has received the attention of relevant education departments in recent years.This thesis takes the poverty-stricken county compulsory education poverty alleviation sports teaching internship activity in Gansu Province as the main research object,and uses the literature data method,investigation method,mathematical statistics and other methods to grasp the relevant concepts and important values,from the organization of poverty alleviation teaching internship.From the perspectives of teachers,teaching students,teaching instructors,and students in teaching practice schools,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation and sports training in rural primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken counties in Gansu Province,and summarizes the impacts and existing problems in the implementation process.The significance and role of poverty alleviation and sports training internships to colleges and schools of teaching practice,analyze the problems in the implementation process,and propose countermeasures.At the same time,it provides basic and substantive practical and theoretical references for the relevant departments to carry out precision education and poverty alleviation,and promote the balanced development of rural education.The study draws the following conclusions: 1.The relevant staff of the local education departments are not paying enough attention to the process of docking work,and the execution is not strong,resulting in major problems in arranging food and shelter,and lack of institutional guarantee.2.Due to the insufficient understanding of the specific situation of the teaching internship school,the content of the training is not comprehensive and the pertinence is not strong.The training content tends to the middle school physical education teaching,ignoring the teaching of other subjects;the teaching internship school is on the pre-job of the teaching students.The training is not enough.30% of the teaching internship schools do not organize training.Some of the teaching internship schools have short training time,less stringent organizational training,less professionalism,and simple training content.3.The importance of the leadership of the teaching and learning school and the students' love of sports provide favorable conditions for the smooth progress of the poverty alleviation sports teaching internship;the teaching resources of the teaching and learning schools are not in the same level,and the resources of the physical education teachers are lacking in different degrees.48% of the school sports facilities and equipment can not meet the needs of physical education.To a certain extent,poverty alleviation and teaching internship has made up for the shortage of physical education teachers.The teaching and learning students have alleviated the problem of poor quality of physical education due to lack of sports equipment,and promoted the fair development of quality education and the balanced allocation of educational resources.4.The teaching and learning students are engaged in a variety of tasks.5.The guidance effect of the instructor is not satisfactory.More than half of the teaching internship schools are younger,the teaching level is not high,and the teaching experience is insufficient.A few teaching internship schools did not arrange instructors or professional sports instructors.6.Poverty alleviation and sports education internship promoted the development of quality education in poor rural primary and secondary schools,which promoted education equity to a certain extent;teachers and students of teaching and learning schools gave a positive attitude to the teaching of teaching students,but a few teaching students still had insufficient teaching experience.Teaching internships enriched their teaching experience and improved their physical education ability and overall quality.The following suggestions are proposed: 1.Establish and improve the supportsystem for poverty alleviation and education,pay attention to the internship work,and effectively ensure the smooth progress of poverty alleviation and teaching practice.2.Colleges and universities need to strengthen communication with the poverty alleviation and teaching internship schools,earnestly understand the needs of the teaching internship schools,and achieve accurate poverty alleviation for the teaching internship schools.Colleges and universities should employ senior and excellent primary and secondary school teachers to provide targeted instructional training for the teaching students.The training content should include physical education and other related subjects.The teaching and learning school should pay attention to the pre-job training of the teaching students,extend the teaching observation time,and strengthen the training.The teaching ability of the teaching students.3.Increase policy support,pay attention to the physical education teaching in rural primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken counties,and rationally allocate the venue equipment and teachers resources required for physical education in schools according to the specific needs of the teaching and learning internship schools.4.In arranging the teaching work of the teaching and learning students,the university should give the necessary advice to the teaching internship school.The teaching internship school should reasonably arrange the teaching work related to the subject profession to ensure the quality of teaching.5.Colleges and universities need to coordinate with relevant departments to select professional and strong teaching internship instructors to guide,and explore and develop a scientific teaching internship guidance mechanism,such as the establishment of a unified teaching internship consultation platform,which can provide professional guidance to the teaching students.It can also strengthen the communication and exchange activities between the teaching and learning students.6.Poverty alleviation students need to keep pace with the times,adapt to local conditions,continue to learn,accumulate experience,innovate teaching classroom teaching mode,and enhance the comprehensive ability of one specialization and multi-energy.Constantly enrich the content of classroom teaching,stimulate students' interest in sports,and promote the healthy development of students' physical and mental health.7.The education department needs to increase investment in education resources,rationally allocatehigh-quality teachers resources,strengthen the re-education of teachers in schools,and constantly improve the poverty alleviation and education internship policy.Colleges and universities need to continuously deliver excellent teachers and students to carry out poverty alleviation and teaching internships.
