| This article takes the construction of an index system of teaching ability of students majoring in physical education as a research object,and uses Delphi method to construct an index system of teaching ability of students majoring in physical education of basketball.The questionnaire is generated based on this index system,and the literature method,mathematical statistics method,Logic analysis and other methods,taking Zhengzhou University,Henan Normal University,Henan University,Nanyang Teachers College,Luoyang Teachers College,Anyang Teachers College,and Huanghuai College as physical education majors in seven colleges and universities as the survey objects,through the teaching design Investigation,analysis and analysis of the three dimensions of ability,teaching implementation ability and teaching evaluation ability,and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the existing problems.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The construction of the teaching ability index system of basketball major students in Physical Education(1)Based on the basic theories of pedagogy,pedagogy,psychology and sociology,combined with the principles of comprehensiveness,pertinence and scientificalness in constructing the index system,this paper preliminarily screened out the indexes of the index system by referring to the relevant literature and the training plan of the students majoring in physical education,and worked out four first level indexes,16 second level indexes and 67 third level indexes.(2)Through three rounds of Delphi method to construct "the teaching ability index system of basketball oriented students of physical education major",the average number of the first level indexesselected in each round is greater than 7.0,the average number of the second level indexes is greater than6.0,and the coefficient of variation is less than 0.3,which shows that the consistency of expert evaluation results is high.(3)The final "teaching ability index system for basketball majors" includes three first level indexes,14 second level indexes and 73 third level indexes.2.An Empirical Study on Teaching Ability of Students Majoring in Basketball in Physical Education.(1)In terms of teaching design:(1)The students of basketball majors in physical education majors have poor teaching ability and ability to arrange teaching content;grasp the ability of difficult and difficult points,study the ability of teaching materials in depth,master the ability of syllabus,ability to define teaching goals,ability to formulate teaching plans,The ability to select teaching content,the ability to arrange teaching processes,the ability to write lesson plans,the ability to produce media courseware,the ability to choose teaching methods,and the ability to manage grades are general;the ability to understand students,the ability to use the venue,and the ability to allocate classroom time are poor.(2)The ability of students of different grades to master the content of teaching,the ability to arrange teaching progress,the ability to grasp key and difficult points,the ability to study teaching materials,the ability to clarify teaching materials,formulate teaching plans,choose the content of teaching materials,arrange the teaching process,write teaching plans,select teaching methods,and understand students There are significant differences in ability and ability to use the venue reasonably.(3)The ability of students of different grades to master the syllabus and the combination of teaching methods is not relevant.(2)In terms of teaching implementation:(1)Students of basketball majors in physical education major have a strong ability to manage field equipment and self-management;their ability to demonstrate movements and organize extracurricular activities is average;their ability to explain,correct their wrongmovements,referee training,and organize teaching competitions Poor ability,referee ability,design training ability,ability to select talents.(2)Students of different grades have significant differences in their ability to explain,demonstrate their actions,correct their mistakes,organize their extracurricular activities,organize their referee training,organize their teaching competitions,manage their performance,their ability to respond to teaching,and their ability to specialize in training.(3)The ability of students of different grades to manage students and manage the equipment of the venue is not relevant.(3)In terms of teaching evaluation:(1)the ability to evaluate students ’attendance rate,the ability to evaluate students’ learning effects,the ability to evaluate students ’homework,the ability to evaluate students’ performance in general;the ability to evaluate theoretical knowledge,the ability to evaluate technical actions,the ability to evaluate after school,and summary teaching The methods and means ability and teaching reflection ability are very poor;(2)different grades of students evaluate students ’theoretical knowledge,evaluate students’ technical actions,evaluate student attendance,evaluate students ’classroom learning effects,evaluate student assignments,evaluate student learning attitudes,and evaluate students’ after-school learning,Self-evaluation,reflection and summary capabilities are relevant.(3)Students of different grades are not relevant to improve their evaluation ability. |
