| With the deepening development of education and teaching reforming and acceleration of higher education quality development in China,students of various specialties in physical education in colleges and university was facing various problems and challenges in the process of specialization training,and the requirement for their competence are getting higher and higher,while the special ability of students majoring in physical education has become the foundation for them to establish themselves in the physical education industry in the future.The basketball special course is one of the key courses of the physical education specialty in our country and occupies a very important position in the physical education in colleges and universities.Systematic and perfect evaluation of basketball specialized students in physical education major is of great significance to improve the quality of talent training and realize the training goal.Adopted the method of documentary,expert interview,delphi and other research methods,on the basis of studying for the ability evaluation of physical education students at home and abroad,referred to the training programs and teaching syllabus of physical education major in some domestic colleges and universities,combined with the theoretical basis of ability structure,ability-based education and comprehensive evaluation,concluded and analyzed the constituent elements of special ability of students specialized in basketball in physical education major,then construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the special ability of students specializing in basketball in physical education major.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The evaluation index system of special ability of basketball students majoring in physical education is finally determined through two rounds of questionnaire survey by using the Delphi method.The evaluation index system of basketball specialized students in physical education majors includes five first-level indexes:specialized sports knowledge and skills,specialized teaching ability,specialized coaches’ coaching ability,specialized competition organizing and judging ability,and scientific research ability.There are 14 second-level indicators such as basketball basic theoretical knowledge,basketball technical application ability,basketball tactical literacy and 76 third-level indicators which are scored respectively.2.According to the evaluation results of the importance degree of the indicators by experts,the weight coefficient of each index is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process.In the first index of the evaluation index system of the special ability of basketball specialized students majoring in physical education,specialized teaching ability accounts for the largest weight,followed by specialized sports knowledge and skills,specialized coaches’ coaching ability,specialized competition organizing and judging ability.Scientific research ability has the least weight.3.Based on the evaluation index system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to investigate,and the results showed that the special ability evaluation grade of basketball specialized students majoring in physical education was "good".Among them,specialized sports knowledge and skills,specialized teaching ability,specialized coaches’ teaching ability,specialized competition organizing and judging ability are all at "good" level,while scientific research ability is relatively low at "general" level. |
