The evaluation index system is an important part of the evaluation system.It is an important basis for the evaluation of the evaluation,and to solve the problem of what to evaluate.The "national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020 years)" proposed to colleges and universities improve the quality of higher education,improve the quality of personnel training,improve the level of scientific research tasks,after years of efforts,now the school personnel training quality,the need for the scientific evaluation of the evaluation system.Teaching skills are professional skills and abilities of teachers engaged in teaching work must have the physical education students are the future teachers,their teaching skill level reflects the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities,at the same time will affect the future of elementary and middle schools sports teaching quality and talents.With the development of teacher professionalization,it is necessary for normal college students to evaluate and evaluate others scientifically.At the same time,establishing a scientific educational evaluation system is also an important issue in the reform and development of higher education in the new era.This study takes the teaching process of physical practice course as the main line,and adopts the literature method,interview method,Delphi method and logical framework method to study the current situation of training and evaluation of the teaching skills of normal students of physical education in Yunnan Normal University,and constructs a set of normal students for Physical Education of Yunnan Normal University.The index system of teaching skills evaluation in the practice course provides guidance for the students of physical education major in Yunnan Normal University to provide guidance for teaching skills and further forms systematic knowledge,and promotes the perfection of the evaluation system of teaching skills of normal students in the physical education of Yunnan Normal University,and provides reference and reference for other colleges and universities in Yunnan.The evaluation index system of practical teaching skills of physical education teachers in Yunnan Normal University has three levels of indicators,teaching design skills,teaching implementation skills,teaching skills after class 3 first level indicators,two grade index 15,three grade 63.Through preliminary verification,the system has high scientific and guidance.It can intuitively understand the teaching skills required by the normal students of physical education and provide guidance for them to form systematic knowledge and provide an important basis for evaluating the teaching skills of physical education major normal students.It is also necessary to practice validation to increase the applicability.
