Group collaborative learning has been adopted by educational practitioners in many countries as a teaching method.It is also known as the most successful teaching reform in recent decades.However,with the promotion and application of group cooperative learning in China’s education and teaching,it also exposed the phenomenon of unreasonable grouping,unclear division of labor,and imperfect evaluation,resulting in poor implementation of group cooperative learning.The level of participation is not high,so it is particularly urgent to research and explore effective methods to improve group cooperative learning and improve students’ participation in group cooperative learning.In order to solve the above problems,this study proposes the application method of CIMO-logic in group cooperative learning based on the principle of CIMO-logic.The application method includes background analysis stage,formulating intervention measures stage,teaching design and implementation stage,function mechanism analysis stage,result analysis stage,etc.The background analysis stage mainly includes collecting problems,sorting out the classification problems,and analyzing the cause of the problem;the formulation of the intervention measures stage includes establishing the grouping principle,improving the evaluation system,and adjusting the content and form of the team cooperation;the teaching design and implementation stage includes learner characteristics analysis and teaching content Analysis,writing of teaching objectives,before and after class,and collection of analysis data;the analysis stage of the function mechanism includes the analysis of the rationality of the group structure,the analysis of subjective initiative,the analysis of the effectiveness of cooperation,the analysis of enthusiasm for participation;the analysis stage of the results includes the analysis of behavioral participation,Cognitive participation analysis,emotional participation analysis.Through the analysis and implementation of each of the above stages,we will continuously optimize the implementation process of group cooperative learning,improve the implementation effect of group cooperative learning,fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm in group cooperation,and increase students’ participation in group cooperative learning.In order to verify the effect of this application method,this study carried out more than eight weeks of teaching practice.In order to verify whether the application method of the CIMO-logic in group cooperative learning is effective,after the eight-week experiment,this study conducted an effect analysis through questionnaire surveys and interviews with students and interviews with teachers participating in the experiment.The data were compared before and after testing,the analysis of the interview results of individual students,and the interview of the teachers participating in the experiment.The results show that the application of the CIMO-logic in group cooperative learning can continuously optimize the implementation process of group cooperative learning,improve the effect of group cooperative learning in teaching practice,and increase students’ participation in group cooperative learning.
