Cooperation as an action strategy for individuals to overcome the limitations of their abilities and achieve joint and mutual assistance between individuals in current social life,not only expresses the individual’s appeal for immediate interests,but also reflects the social structural differences of different individuals.At the beginning of the 21st century,in order to meet the needs of social and human development in the context of globalization and urbanization,a transformation of educational values from "knowledge center" to"literacy center" was initiated.As the basis for constructing "4C literacy",cooperative consciousness and ability are the important contents of the reform and practice of classroom teaching.Through cooperative learning methods,returning classroom power to students and improving the tense power relationship between teachers and students is not only conducive to the formation of healthy teacher-student interactions,but also enhances the collaboration ability of teacher-student and students’,reflecting the educational value of lifelong learning in the new era.However,the difficulties faced by cooperative learning in classroom teaching practice show the contradiction between the limited educational resources and the fair educational process,which leads to increasingly significant differences between students.At present,classroom teaching research urgently needs to grasp cooperative learning from a comprehensive and deep perspective,and to explore the operating mechanism of cooperative learning from various theoretical perspectives,to form a rational organization of cooperative learning and enhance the development of students’ cooperative literacy,in order to narrow the gap between students,promote the fairness of teaching,and then achieve fairness in the education process.Based on these,from the perspective of social relations theory,the study explores the behavior of students from different backgrounds in social and economic background in cooperative learning and the influence of social relations networks,deeply sketch the picture of social relations in cooperative learning,and try to narrow students’ structural differences.This study follows the field research path,based on the participation of different students in cooperative learning and their main narration,and analyzed the operational logic of cooperative learning in depth.To begin with,through the observation and analysis of the spatial arrangement of School Z and Class Y,and the interaction between students and students of Class Y,separately presents the general culture of class Y and the home parenting of different students and selects students with different class status and family socioeconomic background as the research object.In the second place,attempts to deconstruct the "dual opposition" between order theory and conflict theory with Giddens’"structural duality" theory,integrating the deed relationship as a constraint of social structure and the personal relationship as an initiative of individual,to construct a framework for analyzing how cooperative learning operates.Besides,from the identity before cooperative learning,strategic choice in cooperative learning,and role experience after cooperative learning to explain in depth the participation of different students in cooperative learning,which are summarized as two types of logics of "helplessness" and"reciprocity".Eventually,based on clarifying the relational logic of cooperative learning operation and the logic of different students’ participation in action,the study reveals the operating mode of cooperative learning,with fairness in the educational process as its purpose,recognizing cooperative learning and putting forward to complete the internal governance of the cooperative culture on the basis of the establishment of private relations,then,to break through the practical dilemma of the separation of form and quality of cooperative learning.Through reflection on research methods,research ethics and other issues,the conclusion summarizes the innovations and deficiencies of this research.
