General secretary xi jinping has pointed out that "education is the foundation for a century-long plan.Teachers are the basis for establishing and invigorating education.Rural education is the engine to promote rural economic and social development,and rural teachers are the main factor to promote rural education.Therefore,improving the professional quality of rural teachers is very important to the progress of rural education and the development of rural economy and society.Due to historical and practical reasons,teachers in rural schools in China are relatively weak,which seriously restricts the development of rural education.Therefore,it has grown up to get an urgent issue to improve the professional quality of rural teachers.In recent years,the party and the state have attached great importance to the construction of rural teachers,frequently issued policy documents,focusing on the training of rural teachers,in order to improve the professional quality of teachers and strengthen the construction of rural teachers.This study integrated use of interview method,questionnaire method and literature method and so on the many kinds of research methods,follow the "what"-"why"-"how to do" the technical route,Taking rural elementary and middle school teachers as the research object,it deeply investigates the current situation of rural teacher training,finds problems and analyzes the reasons,and on this basis,puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of rural teacher training.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this study found that there are many problems in the training of rural teachers,such as low teacher participation,weak competence of trainers,inconspicuous pertinence of training contents,inconspicuous diversity of training methods,and weak scientific nature of training assessment.The existence of these problems restricts the actual effect of rural teacher training.In this study,it is believed that the causes of the above problems are the lack of accountability of government departments,the low training effectiveness of training institutions,the weak support of rural schools,and the lack of motivation of rural teachers to improve their professional quality.Based on this,this study puts forward the following Suggestions to improve the effectiveness of training: to enhance the participation in rural teacher training by stimulating the motivation of participation,ensuring the opportunity of participation,and resolving the difficulties in training;The competence of ruralteacher trainers can be improved by cultivating professional front-line trainers in rural areas,theoretical trainers in rural colleges and training managers in specialized rural areas.To enhance the pertinence of rural teacher training content by strengthening the training content aiming at the training needs,solving the education problems and pointing to the growth of students;By adhering to the principles of combining theory teaching with practice,combining centralized training with mixed training,and combining trainer guidance with student participation,the diversity of rural teacher training forms is highlighted.Through the main body diversification,the object comprehensive,the way clever activation manifests the countryside teacher training appraisal scientific nature.
