Primary And Secondary Teacher Education Professional Quality Of Vocational Training Pathway

this article analyzed the present circumstance of professional quality and class teaching in primary and middle schools in Siping city. On this basis, the project "Research on ways of training after employment for professional educational qualities of teachers in primary and secondly schools. This article set the directive meaning for teacher education of DengXiaoping's thoughts and JiangZeming's thoughts as the theoretical and research foundation. Furthermore, this paper analyzed the basic contents under new situation, then the basic ways for training teachers after jobs was constructed. Based on the summary of growing patterns of good teacher, the ideas of "teacher training should emphases on developing the intelligence of teachers under new situation" were proposed in this paper. This article also propounded ten elements in developing teachers' intelligence and the inner relationship between them, and pointed out developing teachers' intelligence must be realized in educating and teaching and be in motion in "educational changing-rethinking". After above analysis, the paper discussed the basic ways of post-training for teachers' professional qualities under new situation-by action research-to enforce teacher training, the general operation procedures and key points were designed according to the pattern of "question-solution", and expounded the effect of developing teachers' intelligence in every procedure of "question-solution". The two successful cases in schools using this ways were introduced. The article finally draw conclusion that using action and constructing the ways of "question-solution" teacher training will provide powerful theoretical support and practical guidance.
