Study On The Collection Of Oral History In Colleges And Universities

Since the 19 th National Congress,cultural self-confidence has gained unprecedented attention in the whole society,as a cultural and educational institution,colleges and universities naturally incorporate cultural self-confidence into the strategy of school construction.College archives is an important document reflecting the history of colleges and universities,colleges and universities also try to integrate cultural confidence into school construction,and realize the importance of archives in the construction of college culture,the university archives began to collect different types of archives for the whole school and the society through various ways and methods,trying to enrich the contents and types of colleges and universities archives and fill the gap of school history.From the perspective of restoring the history of colleges and universities by personal memory,the construction of school culture by oral history is a common method used by colleges and universities in the construction of resources.Some colleges and universities have started the oral collection project project in succession,trying to form a warmer and more vivid college memory which is different from that recorded in traditional carrier archives through dictation collection.Throughout the development of oral history practice in domestic colleges and universities,although more colleges and universities have carried out a series of oral archives practice one after another,because ensemble started late,there is still a distance to form a mature collection system liking foreign universities.Based on the present situation,the paper chooses Yunnan University as the research object based on the existing theoretical and practical experience of colleges and universities oral history,through the field investigation of the collection of oral history in colleges and universities,analyzes the collection process and related support of oral history in Yunnan University,discovers and summarizes the problems of collecting practice and propose feasible solutions accordingly.From this,it provides a set of reasonable collection process and basic guarantee for the study of oral history collection in colleges and universities in China,and provides necessary reference for the practiceof oral history collection with specific case analysis.This paper is divided into five parts,the introduction part on the basis of literature research,sorts out the domestic and foreign oral history and oral history collection research results and practical experience based on literature research,and explains the research content and methods and other related situations.The first chapter analyzes the concept of oral history in colleges and universities,and analyzes the types,characteristics and values of oral history in colleges and universities according to the theoretical achievements and practice.The second chapter summarizes the specific process and related guarantee of oral history collection in Yunnan university through field investigation and literature analysis.The third chapter summarizes the problems in the collection of oral history of Yunnan University based on the investigation results,such as loose management,immature technical conditions and incomplete collection guarantee.Based on the existing collection conditions and problems in Yunnan university,the author puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies in the fourth chapter,including improving the oral history collection system and regulations and supplementing the complete collection at the management level;improving the recording conditions of the collection site at the technical level;enhancing the awareness of oral archives collection at the security level,formulating the long-term development plan of oral history collection,strengthening the construction of professional personnel team and expanding the channels for collecting funds.
