| At present, the strategic position of China’s entrepreneurial activities has been pushed to a high place, but China’s entrepreneurial failure rate is about 80%,and the college student’s entrepreneurial failure rate is as high as 95%.University entrepreneurs are first and foremost student identities,so the inherent group characteristics of students make them inevitably face problems such as insufficient social experience, weak fund-raising ability, and insufficient management practices when conducting entrepreneurial activities.Past academic research often emphasizes how successful entrepreneurship is,and there is an "anti-failure bias" in the whole. With the development of research, the positive effects of failed learning are gradually being valued.Entrepreneurial ability is a major competitiveness of a new venture’s entrepreneurial success. How to improve its entrepreneurial ability by building a college student failure learning system is an important way for college entrepreneurs to increase their entrepreneurial success rate. Therefore, from the perspective of entrepreneurial failure, this article takes the contradiction between the strategic position of college students’ entrepreneurship and the real dilemma as the introduction of the problem, and centers on the entrepreneurial subject of college students, combining causal attribution theory, failure learning theory, entrepreneurial failure theory, etc.Construct theoretical models of failure attribution, failure learning and entrepreneurial ability of new start-ups,and explore the mediating role of failure learning mechanism in the model,in order to put forward suggestions for improving college students’ high entrepreneurial failure rate and entrepreneurial ability. This article aims at college entrepreneurs who have experienced the failure of new start-ups,using the questionnaire survey to collect data,a total of 209 valid questionnaires were obtained.Using SPSS22.0,AMOS21.0 and other software to process data, the research results show that: failure attribution of new start-ups has a significant positive impact on college students’ failure learning;failure learning models and failure learning content all have a significant impact on the improvement of college students’ entrepreneurial ability Positive impact.Failed learning plays an intermediary role in the process of college students’ start-up failure attribution affecting entrepreneurial ability, specifically: the failure learning model mediates the failure learning content of new start-ups’ failure attribution, and failure learning contentinfluences the failure learning model The intermediary role of undergraduates’ entrepreneurial ability and the content of failure learning in the start-ups’ failure attribution affect the undergraduates’ entrepreneurial ability, effectively revealing the complex relationship between the start-up failure attribution of college students’ entrepreneurial ability. To sum up,combined with the results of this study,we set up goals for targeted failure learning and effectively fill the shortcomings of entrepreneurial ability for undergraduate entrepreneurs who stand at the intersection, build an entrepreneurship education system and launch entrepreneurship for institutions and departments such as universities and governments Policy for reference. In addition, this study lists the remaining defects and the content that can be further studied. |
