As an important quality,cooperation plays a great role in promoting children’s future development.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore children’s cooperative behavior and promote its development.In the mixed age educational organization mode,children of different ages live together,play and learn,and their cooperative behavior is more complicated.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cooperative behavior of mixed-age children.On the basis of referring to previous studies,this study uses the methods of observation,interview,literature,questionnaire and case analysis to study the cooperative behavior of M montessori mixed-age children in Y kindergarten in kunming city under the natural state.The research content includes children’s cognition of the concept of cooperation,the background of children’s cooperative behavior,cooperative subject,cooperative subject relationship,cooperative strategy and cooperative level.The results show that the cooperative behavior of M montessori mixed-age children shows the following characteristics: 1.There is a significant difference in the cognition of the concept of cooperation between the middle and large group and the small group.Children have a low level of cognition of the concept of cooperation and pay attention to the explicit features.2.Children’s cooperative behavior mainly occurs in game activities;3.Children in the middle and large groups are more willing to initiate cooperative behaviors than children in the small group,but there is no significant difference between the middle and large groups,and there is no significant difference between boys and girls in the initiation of cooperative behaviors.4.Children are more inclined to choose children of the same age or with an age span of1 year as their partners,and there is no significant difference in the cooperative behavior between children of the same sex and children of the opposite sex.5.The cooperation of equal relationship mainly occurs in the cooperation of children of the same age or with the span of one year old;6.Pro-social strategy is the strategy mostused by children;7.M montessori mixed age children have a high level of cooperation.On this basis,the influencing factors of children’s cooperative behavior were analyzed by combining with specific cases,teacher interviews and investigation of parents.From the perspective of children themselves,children’s cognition,children’s personality,partner relationship,children’s communication skills and children’s age will affect the occurrence of children’s cooperative behavior,the choice of cooperative objects,cooperative strategies and cooperation level.From the aspect of kindergarten,educational organization mode and environment creation will affect the occurrence of children’s cooperative behavior.From the perspective of teachers,teachers’ cognition of cooperation,cultivation attitude,intervention and evaluation all affect the occurrence and level of children’s cooperative behavior.From the perspective of parents,parents’ attitudes and cultivation strategies affect the occurrence of children’s cooperative behavior.Finally,the study puts forward some Suggestions on the cultivation of children’s cooperative behavior from the three aspects of kindergarten administrators,teachers and parents.Kindergarten administrators should create an environment conducive to children’s cooperation and strengthen the training of teachers.Preschool teachers should adopt a variety of ways to cultivate children’s cooperative behavior,give feedback to children’s cooperative behavior,advocate "big with small",and pay attention to home co-education;Parents should understand the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development and set up correct educational concepts and examples.
