Children helping behavior is an important pro-social behavior, It refers to the children concerned companion in independent living, learning, interpersonal relationships, lack of materials, and other aspects of physical or mental difficulties encountered, active or passive substance use, mental, physical and other means of assistance, or by verbal reminders, and other ways to help the authority, to help bail out troubled peer behavior. Today the fine traditional culture of China helping behavior and other behavior is gradually deleted, from early childhood to begin helping behavior essential to the culture, and the Montessori mixed-age classes for young children provides a rich, pluralistic social interaction environment, children’s social cognitive development and emotional skills have a significant role in the formation and development of pro-social behavior, helping behavior also has some positive effects.In this study, Kunming Y Kindergarten Montessori X mixed-age class as an example, to understand the status of children helping behavior, from the children themselves, society, family and kindergartens to find factors that influence helping behavior early childhood development, and trying to make the promotion of the feasibility of their development proposal.In this study, previous studies have to understand, the use of children helping behavior event participant observation to collect X Y Kindergarten Montessori mixed-age classes happen, teachers and parents to understand the views through interviews and questionnaires, attitude and culture through literature strategy also uses case analysis of events helping behavior analysis. After I found that Montessori X Investigation of mixed-age classes helping children develop good behavior, ahigher degree of importance to teachers and parents. Through a variety of factors that affect the development of children helping behavior was analyzed, the author found that social culture, mass media, parents cultivate attitudes and strategies, the creation kindergarten environment, mixed-age classes teaching culture attitude organization,teachers, and other factors on the feedback children helping behaviors impact. Finally,countermeasures and suggestions from principals, teachers and parents three angles,the principal teacher training should be strengthened to improve the professional quality of teachers, the children create a prepared material environment and spiritual environment; teachers should carry out effective formal education, attention random education, timely feedback on education, strengthen their homes were sterile; and parents need to understand the characteristics and laws of physical and mental development of children, helping children to grasp the behavior of critical education to establish a correct concept of education, adopt a scientific education, and actively participate in home cooperation, and jointly promote the development of children helping behavior.This study includes the following four parts:The first chapter is the introduction, this study introduces the topic reason,purpose, significance and objects related concepts, research review and study methods used at home and abroad.Chapter X is Y Kindergarten Montessori mixed age class status of children helping behavior, mainly from the recipients and to help others by two angles,understand and help others recipients the age and gender distribution in each segment mutual children, the study of different ages trapped and stranded reasons for the difference between different types of activities in the troubled reason, further research behavior and ways to help others who help people from both the motives and strategies to help others.The third chapter is children helping behavior factor analysis, from early childhood own factors(social cognitive, social, emotional, personality), social factors(social culture, the mass media), family(parents’ attitude towards culture, culture policy) and kindergartens factors(nursery environment creation, mixed-age classes teaching organizational forms, preschool teachers) in four areas studied.Chapter four principals, teachers and parents three angles, combined with X Montessori mixed-age classes to the actual situation and make recommendations to promote the development of children helping behavior.
