Migrant Workers Social Supporting Internet Group Service Research

Pneumoconisishas become the most serious occupational disease in China which is in the top of all the careers.Meanwhile,with the most population of patients and its irreversibility, pneumoconiosis is one type of occupational disease without medical results. The migrant workers with this disease are suffering from physical pain and bearing the mental pressure far exceeding their ability. They has no source of finance,no social support,and it is hard for them to maintain their own interests. The tough life brings heavy burden for the pneumoconisis migrant workers and also their family.In order to know about the current situations and demand of the pneumoconisis migrant workers, the author followed the investigation and research group to survey locally within five months. We gave publicity in the early days and visited the resident family. We recorded the archives,communicated one-to-one, promoting the group service,collecting and analyzing the data. This research mostly adopted the group working method to choose the self-administration of Liaoning G area as the group members. Through the targeted and professional social work intervention to relieve the passive emotion of the members, this measure made them to face the disease and the future life positively and optimistically. We know the health knowledge of Pneumoconisis so as to prevent timely and treatment effectively. We popularized the law common sense to the group members to maintain self legal rights. As well, we drawed in social organization and enriched social Internet for them.Through the group working, the social workers found that the Pneumoconisis migrant workers exist the problems on economy, life and culture, which urgently needed the special service to intervente. The author ulilizing the professional social working measure to relieve the mental pressure of the group members,to strength the double aid sense and to improve the self helping ability, which has the positive effect in the practical intervention process, is worth being recommended and extended.
