The rapid development of e-commerce in the past decade has played a powerful role in promoting the economic take-off of China,driving the demand for e-commerce professionals,and providing an opportunity for the training of talents in secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools can meet the level and scale of e-commerce industry’s demand for talent training,and how to position and train in line with the industry’s requirements for talent standards is a major issue to be studied.Based on the characteristics of the industry operation,the requirements for talents pay more attention to professional skills and practical ability.This paper is in this context,through the analysis of the current situation of e-commerce professional training courses in secondary vocational schools,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.As a required professional skill course of e-commerce,customer service of online store plays a positive role in the cultivation of e-commerce talents.Secondary vocational schools according to the development of the e-commerce industry and the characteristics of the students in the school attaches great importance to the cultivation of student’s online customer service skills,to cultivate the students to be a qualified online customer service personnel,therefore,the author according to the talents training goal of e-commerce professional secondary vocational school and school based on the cultivation of student’s important skills,choose to online customer service training course as representatives of e-commerce professional training courses of study.The author evaluates the teaching quality of practical training courses in secondary vocational schools according to the evaluation index system of practical training teaching quality in secondary vocational schools.The author concludes that the results of students’ practical training courses are not ideal through the questionnaire survey.Secondly,through the investigation of students’ learning status and teachers’ teaching status,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of customer service training courses of e-commerce professional online store in secondary vocational schools.The practice teaching quality height were analyzed with attribution: online customer service training class teaching content arrangement is not reasonable,online customer service training teachers professional quality is not high,online customer service training course teaching evaluation content is not comprehensive,the school of online customer service training teaching resources insufficiency,the importance of online customer service training class understanding insufficiency,etc.In view of the above problems,the author analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the following strategies to improve the teaching quality of customer service training courses for e-commerce professional online stores: formulate reasonable teaching objectives and teaching contents of practical training courses;Optimize the structure of teachers in practical training;To establish a scientific teaching evaluation method based on practical courses;The training department of the secondary vocational school strengthens the teaching management of the training course;We will optimize the teaching links of practical training courses for e-commerce majors.
