Vocational education is closely related to the transformation and development of social economic landscape in its supply of human resources. The structures and quality of vocational training institutions, the subjects of social vocational training,are determined by the needs of social economic development. Thus, the proper vocational education model is the perimeter of cultivating qualified labor force. It is demanded to construct suitable vocational education training model on the basis of meeting the latest need of social economic development. The society is gradually undergoing changes from an industrial period to a post-industrial one with the service industry counting more and more in GDP, embodying the new trend of the economic development of the global community and leading to the update of industry structures.The present training model cannot provide sufficient qualified service workforce demanded by the economic structure transformation and industry update, making proper vocational training model in vocational college for social demand an important topic.This paper, studying the construction of vocational training model in view of social demand, is composed of five chapters. The first chapter illustrates the research background and significance through summarizing relevant studies in and abroad and proposes the research materials and methods of this paper.The second chapter focuses on the definition of the main concepts proposed in this paper, stating the basis of vocational training model and it includes service economy theories, customer satisfaction theories and human capital theories. This chapter functions as the foundation of this paper. The third chapter explains the essential factors of vocational training model. The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the present condition of vocational training model in China and states the problems existing in the vocational education training model through data gathered in surveys. The fifth chapter analyzes the demand of labor force with vocational training experience in service industry with the help of theories and it also endeavors to analyze the shortcomings in vocational training in respect of customer satisfaction and to construct vocational training model serving the modern service industry.
