| With the deepening of educational informationization,the integration of information technology and curriculum has become the focus of educational reform.Blended learning combines the advantages of online learning and online learning.Online learning highlights the dominant position of students and provides students with rich online learning resources and flexible independent learning methods.Offline learning can give full play to the leading role of teachers and provide students with timely supervision and guidance.More and more front-line teachers begin to use the method of blended learning to carry out teaching,but in practice,it is difficult to meet the needs of students’ blended learning due to the lack of corresponding blended learning support services,which reduces the effect of blended learning.At present,many scholars at home and abroad have carried out relevant research on learning support services in blended learning,mainly focusing on the stage of higher education,focusing on theoretical construction.This research combs the domestic and foreign literature in the research fields of blended learning,learning support services,blended learning in vocational education,and learning support services in blended learning,and defines the core concepts of blended learning,learning support services and learning support services in blended learning.The research methods are literature research,questionnaire survey,action research and interview.The theoretical basis of the research is constructivism theory,mastery learning theory,media choice theory and interaction distance influence theory.With the support of literature review and theoretical basis,this paper takes the students of e-commerce class of grade 18 in X County Secondary Vocational and technical school as the research object.First of all,the author has compiled the interview outline and preliminary questionnaire of the blended learning of the course of office automation practice in secondary vocational school.Through the analysis of the survey results,the author concludes that there are some problems in the mixed learning of the course,such as the lack of learning resources,the single teaching activities,the weak ability of students’ independent learning,the imperfect teaching management,the insufficient guidance and evaluation.Secondly,according to the characteristics of students in secondary vocational school.According to the problems existing in the blended learning of office automation practice,the corresponding learning support service scheme is designed,which covers learning resources,curriculum activities,educational administration management and teaching guidance evaluation.Finally,the blended learning support service scheme is applied in the course of office automation practice to support learning according to the actual problems in the action research.Continuously adjust and optimize the service plan and prepare the application effect questionnaire of blended learning support service.After the action research,according to the collected practice data,the final test results,the fast learning platform learning data and the application effect of learning support services questionnaire are analyzed.According to the analysis of the final test results of the course of office automation practice,the class students’ overall course performance has reached a high pass rate;according to the analysis of the learning data of the fast course platform,the utilization rate of the platform learning resources and the pass rate of the in class test have been improved;according to the analysis of the results of the questionnaire on the application effect of blended learning support services,this blended learning service also plays a positive role in improving students’ curriculum satisfaction,learning enthusiasm and autonomous learning ability.In conclusion,the blended learning support service scheme in this study is helpful to solve the problems existing in the blended learning of office automation practice course in secondary vocational school,and to a certain extent improves the effect of blended learning. |
