"Information technology curriculum standard for secondary vocational schools(2020Edition)" proposes to create a digital learning environment, organically integrate various teaching elements, strengthen the information collection and diagnosis analysis in the whole process of teaching and learning, and to cultivate students' basic ability to solve problems by using information technology in the process of information technology curriculum. There are many problems in the traditional teaching mode(combining teaching with practice),which is difficult to meet the needs of teaching and training objectives.Since the concept of blended learning was introduced into China by Professor He Kekang in 2003,it has gradually become a mainstream teaching mode in education.Based on this, this paper attempts to combine the blended learning mode with the cultivation of problem-solving ability, systematically sort out the influencing factors of problem-solving ability, puts forward the cultivation strategy of problem-solving ability of secondary vocational students under the blended learning mode, and carries out three rounds of action research to verify the teaching effect.First of all, this paper expounds the research background, determines the research problems and contents of the cultivation of secondary vocational students' problem-solving ability under the blended learning mode, clarifies the purpose and significance of Cultivating Secondary Vocational Students' problem-solving ability under the blended learning mode, clarifies the research ideas and methods, and systematically summarizes the theoretical basis, influencing factors and problem-solving ability at domestic and foreign. It includes the training strategy of students' problem-solving ability, the evaluation of problem-solving ability, and the research on the cultivation of students' problem-solving ability in the information-based teaching environment.Secondly,On the basis of systematically sorting out the influencing factors of problemsolving ability, the paper designs the scale of influencing factors of secondary vocational students and carries out investigation to determine the four influencing factors of secondary vocational students' problem-solving ability: knowledge level,teacher-student interaction, reflective evaluation and teaching strategies.According to the influencing factors, the paper puts forward four strategies of Cultivating Secondary Vocational Students' problem-solving ability under the blended learning mode: providing abundant resources Enrich learning resources, improve students' knowledge level;build teacher-student interaction platform, improve the level of teacher-student interaction;carry out multiple evaluation of teachers and students, improve students' reflective evaluation level;problem-based teaching strategy, let students experience the problem-solving process. Finally, with secondary vocational students as the research object and information technology as the research course, three rounds of action research are carried out to continuously improve the problem-solving ability training strategies of secondary vocational students. The teaching effect is evaluated through quasi-experimental research, questionnaire survey and interview. The research found that the proposed strategy for cultivating the problem-solving ability of secondary vocational students under the blended learning is helpful to improve the problem-solving ability of secondary vocational students, and constructed a complete set of strategies for cultivating the problem-solving ability of secondary vocational students under the blended learning.
