| Cultivating professionals for outdoor sports is the foundation for ensuring the scientific,healthy and sustainable development of outdoor sports in my country.The natural environment in Guangxi is superior,and more and more people feel the pressure of life.In order to relax the body and mind,they are eager to get close to nature and get the purification of the soul.More and more people participate in outdoor sports.With this development trend,some colleges and universities in Guangxi have also set up outdoor sports directions.This article uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,comparative analysis method and other research methods to study the training mode of outdoor professional talents in colleges and universities in Guangxi;Attention,and relevant scholars have carried out relevant research on the outdoor sports talent training system;however,by reviewing the relevant data,it has been found that there is no research on the training of 6 outdoor sports specialists in colleges and universities in Guangxi.The basic situation of outdoor sports students in colleges and universities,the positioning and goal setting of outdoor sports talent training,the curriculum system,practical teaching and training bases,curriculum assessment and evaluation mechanisms,the outdoor sports direction teachers in colleges and universities,and the status of employment of outdoor sports professionals Research provides references for the cultivation of outdoor professionals in colleges and universities.After investigation and study,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The number of talents trained in outdoor sports in colleges and universities cannot meet the needs of the social marketThe outdoor sports market in Guangxi is getting bigger and bigger,and there is a large demand for outdoor sports professionals,but the management is not standardized,and the lack of professional personnel is in stark contrast to the rich outdoor sports resources.The training level is mainly undergraduate,supplemented by junior college.The scale of enrollment is small,and each school adopts large-scale enrollment(sports),large-scale training,and professional diversion mode to train talents;the form of training is two major categories: professional direction and professional electives.In addition,only half of the graduates in various schools are engaged in outdoor sports,and some students are engaged in outdoor work after graduation and switch to entrepreneurship.Some undergraduate college students choose to be teachers,but overall outdoor sports students are engaged in this direction.The proportion of students is small,and some choose to go to economically developed places to pursue this direction,rather than staying in Guangxi after graduation,resulting in fewer outdoor sports talents in Guangxi.Colleges and universities training sports professionals have not fully recognized the needs of the outdoor sports market,and a large number of colleges and universities have not yet trained professionals for outdoor sports.2.The top-level design of talent training needs to be further improvedThe top-level design of talent training needs to be further improved mainly in the following aspects: First,the training goals and training specifications are not well-matched;in general,the five universities ’training goals and training specifications are not well-matched.Some schools have a wide range of training objectives,but there are no detailed regulations in the training specifications.Some schools have strict requirements in the training specifications,but they are not mentioned in the goals.Second,the curriculum system design has not yet fully supported the training specifications;there is a certain gap between the training specifications of the five colleges and universities in the Guangxi region and the curriculum system,which is not completely consistent.For example,some schools require that students have some abilities in the training specifications,but there is no course in this aspect in the curriculum system.The third is that the characteristics of the curriculum system are not clear;apart from Guangxi University of Science and Technology,which has taken advantage of the climbing site to provide a small number of special courses such as kayaking courses and climbing courses,the other four colleges and universities have not been able to provide special courses because of the difficulty and poor results The opening or characteristics are not obvious,and it cannot well reflect the advantages of the school ’s venue or resources.3.The practical teaching system needs to be further improvedThe practical teaching system of various universities is mainly manifested in the lack of practical content,the lack of practical teaching bases,and the lack of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.The content of practice is not rich.According to the interviews and questionnaire surveys of five colleges and universities in Guangxi,the outdoor sports teachers in various universities are insufficient.Most of the professional skills of outdoor sports are accumulated through professional outdoor sports courses,national training and provincial training..Lack of opportunities for further professional knowledge.Secondly,the lack of attention from school-related leaders,insufficient teachers,and weak professional skills have restricted the richness of outdoor sports courses in colleges and universities in Guangxi.Insufficient practice bases.Although some colleges have practice bases,the utilization rate of the professional training venues on the campus is insufficient,the site maintenance costs are too high,the funds are insufficient,the operation of the off-campus training bases is difficult,and the safety factor is low.All colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the practice teaching link of the school,and have not established a perfect control mechanism to supervise the training inside and outside the school.This severely hindered the progress of outdoor sports students ’practical ability,made the students lack the due social practice ability,and seriously hindered the development of the practical teaching system,unable to develop students’ sports skills.The school-enterprise cooperation is not deep,although most of the college training bases are set up in outdoor sports clubs,large-scale leisure outdoor scenic spots,leisure sports venues,schools,outside climbing zones and other bases for graduation internships and cooperation with various enterprises.But the effect is not good.4.Insufficient guarantee for training of outdoor sports talentsThe teachers are insufficient.The current number of teachers is not enough to support the existing talent training;the quality of teachers is not high,the number of teachers with rich outdoor sports experience is not large,and there are not many ways to improve the ability of teachers.Insufficient venue resources.The existing venue resources are of a small variety,few in number,and of low quality,which cannot meet the teaching needs.5.Graduate loyalty is not enoughOnly half of the graduates in various schools are engaged in outdoor sports,and some students are engaged in outdoor work and then switch to entrepreneurship.This shows that the loyalty of graduates to outdoor sports is not high.There are not many people who exercise,and more people change jobs after work. |
