The Research On The Training Mode Of Specialized Talents In Sports Economy And Management In The New Era

In the new era,with the promulgation of the outline of the construction of a powerful sports country and the transformation and development of the sports industry,the social demand for sports operation and management talents has risen sharply.However,as an undergraduate major to train operation and management talents needed in the field of sports,the difficulties in running a school have been presented layer by layer,and some universities have even stopped offering this major.Therefore,according to the relevant policies of deepening college talent training issued by the state,taking the socialist education theory with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the theoretical basis,and drawing on the previous research results at home and abroad,The human-oriented talent training mode of "8 transformation and1 transformation" for sports economics and management major in the new era has been constructed.Based on the background of the new era,this paper uses the methods of literature,comparative research,investigation and case analysis to study the major of sports economy and management.To understand the research status of sports economy and management professional talent training in China and the characteristics of sports economy and management professional talent training in foreign countries by the method of literature.This paper compares and analyzes the differences of talent training objectives,curriculum Settings,teaching methods and evaluation systems of sports economics and management related majors,different types of colleges and universities,and sports economics and management majors at home and abroad to understand the current situation of talent training of this major.This paper investigates the opinions of sports economics and management major students on the training of sports economics and management majors and the opinions of experts on the training of sports economics and management majors,and finds out the problems existing in the quality of the training of sports economics and management majors.Taking the Sports Economics and Management major of Guangzhou Institute of Sport as a case study,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the human-oriented talent training mode of "8 transformation and 1 transformation".The research shows that the contradiction of the positioning of the target of talent training,the imperfect curriculum system and the systematic teaching arrangement in the practice of running the school of sports economics and management,etc.Therefore,according to the humanistic oriented talent training mode of "8transformation" of sports economics and management specialty in the new era,the personnel training should do as follows: One is to clarify the training objectives;Second,innovate the teacher training mechanism;Third,joint enterprises;Fourth,make full use of government resources;Fifth,update teaching methods.
