Training kindergarten teachers with certain professional knowledge and professional skills and good professional qualities plays an important role in the healthy development of young children’s body and mind.The professional accomplishment of kindergarten teachers is the comprehensive ability and quality necessary for engaging in kindergarten education,teaching and management activities.As a reserve army of future kindergarten teachers,the level of vocational qualities of students in the pre-primary education major of secondary vocational schools is directly related to the quality of our kindergarten teachers.Therefore,improving the professional qualities of students in pre-primary education majors in vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of a comprehensive view of talent quality,and it is of great significance for the construction of a high-quality team of kindergarten teachers.Investigate and study the current status of vocational literacy of students in vocational preschool education,explore the existing problems and conduct attribution analysis,and then propose corresponding training strategies,which can help students in vocational preschool education to find out the problems of their professional qualities Provide effective countermeasures for the implementation of vocational literacy training of students in pre-school education of vocational schools.Firstly,The research uses the literature analysis method to explain the connotation of the professional qualities of the students of the pre-school education majors in vocational schools and the structural elements of the cultivation of professional qualities in detail.Through in-depth analysis of various documents collected,on the basis of collating and analyzing the research results of professional literacy of preschool education majors in China,the core concepts of preschool education,vocational literacy,and professional qualities of students in preschool education majors are defined;combined with preschool education Industry needs,laws of pre-school education,relevant national policies and systems,predecessors’ research results and relevant literature have constructed the structural elements of professional literacy training with professional consciousness,professional ethics,professional attitude and professional spirit as the core.Then further elaborate on the specific manifestations of professional awareness,professional ethics,professional attitude and professional spirit that students of pre-school education should possess,and provide ideas and basis for the research part of the countermeasures of professional quality cultivation in the back of the thesis.Then use questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct an empirical analysis of the status of professional qualities of students in preschool education majors.Using the questionnaire survey method to investigate the professional qualities of preschool education majors in Hezhou Economic Management Cadre Secondary School,using spass25.0 to analyze the questionnaire,from the four dimensions of professional awareness,professional ethics,professional attitude and professional spirit Analysis of the status of professional qualities of students in pre-vocational education.Use interviews to investigate student representatives,teacher representatives and pre-school education employers ’ representatives to understand the status of students ’ self-cognition and pre-school education,teachers ’ evaluation of students ’ professional literacy,and employers ’ Evaluation and requirements for professional literacy.Through interview research,it was found that students lacked a comprehensive understanding and correct evaluation of professional literacy;teachers did not evaluate students’ professional literacy well,and their avenues for cultivating professional literacy were not clear;Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the interviews,it is found that the students’ overall level of professional literacy is good,which basically meets the requirements of preschool teachers’ professional qualities,but there are also certain problems.The problems of students’ professional qualities are manifested as unreasonable professional consciousness,deviation of professional ethics,unscientific professional attitude,and insufficient attention to professional spirit.Comprehensive literature analysis results and survey results,from the perspective of students,schools and society to summarize the causes of the problem.The reasons for students are as follows: students have poor student quality and low learning ability;career values tend to be profitable,lack of sense of responsibility,and focus on vocational skills training,ignoring professional accomplishment.The reasons for the school are as follows: the educational concept lags behind,and insufficient attention is paid to professional awareness education;the curriculum is unreasonable,and the curriculum structure is not scientific;the professional quality education lacks sufficient attention and systematic planning,and professional ethics education is out of practice and lacks pertinence.The social reasons include the misunderstanding of the profession of preschool teachers and the overall low status of preschool teachers;they need to be improved.Next,using the literature analysis method,combined with the current development trend of preschool education majors and related national policies,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating students’ professional qualities.According to the existing problems and causes of pre-school education students’ professional qualities,corresponding suggestions are made from the three levels of students,schools and society.Students should improve their new ability to learn independently,establish a correct career outlook,and establish a sense of equal emphasis on skills and literacy.Schools should strengthen vocational cognitive education and improve students’ career planning capabilities;improve the pre-school education talent training program and build a scientific and reasonable curriculum system;implement vocational ethics education reform to improve the effectiveness of teaching;pay attention to professional spirit education and promote professional spirit development.The society should strengthen propaganda and guidance,improve the society’s awareness of early childhood teachers;improve the social status of teachers,and increase professional appeal.Finally,it reflects on the countermeasures for preschool education vocational literacy training,builds an evaluation mechanism for preschool education training strategies,and establishes an evaluation mechanism based on students’ comments,employers’ evaluation,and parents’ evaluation.
