The convening of the "two sessions" in March 2019 has made vocational education a popular vocabulary,and the development of vocational education has become a national key concern.The fundamental development of vocational education lies in the improvement of education quality,and the key to the improvement of vocational education is the reform of teaching.Adhering to what kind of teaching philosophy and what kind of teaching method to use for teaching reform is the first question that teaching reform should pay attention to.In 2014,the famous educator Professor Lu Chuanhan proposed the educational concept of teaching thinking,teaching experience,and teaching expression(referred to as "three teachings").This concept was first applied to the field of mathematics,and was achieved in the mathematics teaching practice of some elementary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas good results.Through research on the concept of "three teachings",it is found that although the concept of "three teachings" originated in the field of mathematics,it is not limited to the field of mathematics,and it is also applicable to teaching in other disciplines.Therefore,this article attempts to apply the "three teachings" teaching concept to the secondary vocational courses.Taking the Marketing of the vocational school as an example to study the application effect of the "three teachings" concept in the vocational marketing professional courses.Applied to other professional courses in vocational schools to improve the quality of vocational schools and promote the development of vocational education.Based on this background and significance,this article first collects and organizes the relevant literature,sums up the current domestic and foreign scholars’ research on teaching experience,teaching thinking,teaching expression and the application of the "three teachings" concept in the field of mathematics.Take the blank areas found in the research as the research content and determine the research ideas and methods.Secondly,the relevant concepts in the study are defined,with the Situated Cognition theory,Constructivism theory and Multiple Intelligences theory as the theoretical support,the principle of "three teachings" is proposed to guide the teaching design of Marketing,and the teaching objectives and teaching in teaching design The four design elements of method,teaching process and teaching evaluation are elaborated in detail.With the help of teaching practice,the instructional design was applied to teaching practice,and three representative lessons were selected for analysis in the course of teaching practice,and the specific lessons were used to explore how to use the "three teachings" concept to guide the teaching of Marketing.Finally,an empirical study of the teaching effect was conducted through student achievement,teacher interviews and student questionnaire surveys to test the effect of the application of the "three teachings" concept in Marketing.Summarize the effectiveness and deficiencies of this teaching practice to provide more experience for future vocational education and teaching reform.
