Research On Cultivation Of Agricultural Technical Personnel In Jiangxi Province Under The Target Of Rural Revitalization

To strengthen the cultivation of agricultural technical talents and improve the service capability of rural professional talents is the internal requirement of promoting rural talents and implementing the revitalization of rural revitalization.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and comprehensive inductive analysis,this paper studies the status quo,problems and countermeasures of jiangxi agricultural technical personnel training under the background of rural revitalization.The paper first discusses the background of agricultural technical personnel training in jiangxi province,and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on the demand and training of agricultural technical personnel.Secondly,it briefly expounds the concepts of agricultural technical talents and talent cultivation,and introduces the theory of human capital,the theory of technological innovation and the theory of lifelong learning.Thirdly,It analyzes the important role of agricultural technical personnel training in the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy.Then,the current situation of agricultural economic development and cultivation of agricultural technical personnel in jiangxi province was studied,and the main problems of cultivation of agricultural technical personnel in jiangxi province were discussed through questionnaire survey and sample analysis,and the influencing factors were analyzed in depth.Finally,based on the experience of successful cultivation of agricultural technical talents at abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of agricultural technical talents in jiangxi province,which can provide useful reference for the rural revitalization.The main conclusions of the study are as follows: first,the number of agricultural technology talents in Jiangxi is insufficient and there is brain drain;The overall educational level is not high;Serious aging of age distribution;Lack of leading and advanced talents;Second,the current situation of agricultural technical personnel training in jiangxi province has some problems,such as unsatisfactory results,disjointed supply and demand of training design,imperfect system and mechanism,and the arrangement of training is not systematic enough.Put forward optimization Suggestions: one is to change the ideas,create a good atmosphere;The second is to optimize the training mode and improve the training effect;Third,we will improve institutions and mechanisms and strengthen institutional safeguards.
