A Study On The Implementation Model Of Rural Revitalization Strategy Of Agricultural University

As an important part of the socialist university with Chinese characteristics,agricultural university serves the national strategy of rural revitalization,which is the first responsibility and primary task of the new era.Agricultural University has unique advantages in the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.It is the new force of industrial revitalization,the cultivation place of talent rejuvenation,the source of cultural rejuvenation,the new think tank of ecological revitalization,and the incubator of organizational revitalization.It shoulders an important mission in the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Taking Huazhong Agricultural University as an example,this paper puts forward and explores three typical development models for establishing agricultural university to help rural revitalization strategy,namely "six ones" industrial revitalization model," double water and double green " green agriculture development model and rural synthetical development model,which serve the urban agricultural synthetical development goal in suburban areas.This study defines the core concepts of agricultural university,rural rejuvenation and model involved in the research of agricultural university power model innovation,explains the basic theories such as Hierarchical Sub-Management Theory,University Function Theory and Triplex Innovation Theory,and sums up the difference of multi-dimensional level in rural areas,that is,regional geographical location,natural resource endowment,economic development level and so on.The research proposes that the "six ones" industrial revitalization model,which serves the goal of accurate poverty eradication in poor mountain areas,forms the working mechanism of "school-local linkage,school-enterprise co-help,project guidance,expert responsibility ",takes farmers as the main body and industry as the carrier,gives full play to the leading role of landing industrial projects and the core role of chief responsibility experts;The "double water and green" agriculture development model,which serves the development goal of modern agriculture in plain,merges the green concept with agricultural industrialization,forms the working mechanism of "school-county cooperation,county-enterprise mutual assistance,industry-building,farmers doing",takes natural resources and ecological advantages as the leading factors,takes technology support as the core,and makes experts and farmers the joint roles.Based on the construction and exploration of the above three models,the implementation of the strategy of agricultural university to help rural revitalization should adhere to local conditions,classify guidance and precise policy implementation,plan and use different implementation programs to promote rural revitalization,so as to achieve the agricultural university multi-directional,multi-level,multi-dimensional,finally comprehensively help rural revitalization strategy implementation.
