Research On The Situation And Promotion Strategy Of Modern Agricultural Talents In Southern Jiangsu Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural rejuvenation.Industrial rejuvenation is an important foundation for rural revitalization.Talent revitalization is the key to rural revitalization.The development of modern agriculture is a modern agricultural talent that needs to have knowledge,technology,and business management concepts for the development of modern agriculture.This article uses the current status and problems of modern agricultural talents in the revitalization of rural rejuvenation in the case,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the actual situation.The T village is a characteristic village in Wuxi City,the coastal areas of eastern China.The characteristics of the characteristic agricultural development mainly based on peach planting industry are better,however,there are also problems such as a large number of young people are unwilling to engage in characteristic agricultural work,the aging of agricultural labor force and the shortage of modern agricultural talents.Although,in order to better promote the development of modern agriculture,in recent years,the T Village has adopted a series of agricultural agricultural measures and has achieved certain effects,but the shortage of modern agricultural talents still restricts the sustainable and healthy development of characteristic agriculture.The main research purpose of this study is to understand the status of southern southern southern modern agricultural talents in the context of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.The actual problems in development have put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern agricultural talents for the development of rural rejuvenation.The main research contents include: the current situation of modern agricultural practitioners and talents in the T village of Wuxi;the analysis of the needs of talents and the dilemma of the development of talents in modern agriculture;the main cause analysis of the current problems,as well as proposed targeted suggestions and countermeasures.In terms of research methods,this study uses the situation of the agricultural talent team in Wuxi V Village in Wuxi as a typical sample case to study.The data collection mainly uses the questionnaire method and interview method to conduct field investigations in the T village,and use relevant literature research,comparative analysis and other methods to use methods and other methods.Complements.Studies have found that the current major problems such as insufficient total amount,high quality,and unreasonable structure of agricultural talents in T Village have found that combined with domestic and foreign agricultural talent development experience and related theories,this article proposes to improve policy incentives,optimize talent structure,and improve agricultural society.Promote the construction of modern agricultural talents in terms of service system.In addition,it should be pointed out that the research object of this article is a well-known specialty agricultural product planting village in Southern Jiangsu,which is representative in this field,but under the national conditions of great differences and imbalances in rural development in my country,the village is the village.The overall representativeness is very limited,so the research conclusions still need to be analyzed in accordance with the actual specific problems in the promotion and application process.
