Research On The Method Of Nurturing Good Netizen On Campus

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was stressed that "we should be good at using Internet technology and information technology to carry out work".In 2016,the state Internet and information office made full efforts to promote the project of striving for "China’s good netizen",which was officially launched in March 2016 and lasted for 5 years.In 2017,the medium and long term youth development plan(2016-2025)issued by the Ministry of education clearly stated that "Internet is an important position for Youth Ideological and political education".Under the background of "Internet plus",the cultivation of good netizen is not only the inevitable requirement of the development of the ideological and political quality of college students in the new era,but also the inevitable requirement for leading students to actively practice the socialist core values and enhance the self-confidence of China’s socialist road,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence.Therefore,it has a strong theoretical and practical value to study the cultivation path of good Internet users on campus.The cultivation of good Internet users on campus refers to the process that colleges and universities take certain measures,standardize education and guide the Internet users of college students,so that they can deeply understand,fully identify,consciously abide by and actively practice the rules of good Internet users on campus,and influence the students around through their own actions.The cultivation of good Internet users on campus mainly starts from the cultivation of students’ network literacy,behavior habits,safety awareness and protection skills.Through the analysis of 510 questionnaires,this paper studies the current situation of cultivating good netizen on campus.At present,the cultivation of good netizen in university campus has made some achievements.The cultivation of good netizen on campus has been attached great importance by colleges and universities;colleges and universities have established a good Internet cultivation team consisting of Party and government cadres,ideological and political theory teachers,counselors,mental health teachers and excellent student cadres,which has improved the network quality of Ideological and political education team and the ability to cultivate good Internet users on campus;college students have a certain degree of good netizen on campus Knowledge of.However,the survey also reflects that there are deficiencies in the cultivation of good netizen in Colleges and universities.The main manifestations are: some college students lack of understanding of the standards of good Internet users on campus,lack of rational understanding of network information,lack of good network morality and law-abiding network behavior habits,lack of awareness of network security,imperfect mechanism of cultivating good netizen on campus,lack of effective guidance for students’ network behavior by educators,lack of influence of campus network cultural activities,etc.The reasons for the problems are that some students lack the subject consciousness of good Internet users on campus,weak network moral and legal consciousness,lack of self-protection consciousness,lack of attention to the cultivation of good netizen on campus in Colleges and universities,lack of in-depth understanding of the connotation of the cultivation of good netizen by educators,single form of campus network cultural activities,lack of education on network security and protection skills.In view of the above problems,effective countermeasures are taken.Colleges and universities should play a leading role in the cultivation of good netizen on campus,strengthen the supervision and management of campus network,strengthen the construction of campus network culture,enhance the initiative of educators in the cultivation of good netizen on campus,and college students should play a subjective initiative and strengthen self-education.
