Research On The Cultivation Path Of Scientific And Technological Ethics Consciousness Of Postgraduates In Colleges And Universities

With the continuous development of science and technology,the science and technology industry has also undergone profound changes,while creating convenience for people’s lives,the drawbacks of scientific and technological development have gradually emerged.In the final analysis,people’s understanding of technology is not deep enough,and they cannot accurately grasp the real purpose of creating technology.At present,some postgraduates in colleges and universities have insufficient awareness of scientific and technological ethics,and in the process of scientific research,mistakes such as copying and patchwork frequently occur,forming a bad academic atmosphere in society.In the process of training graduate students,some colleges and universities pay attention to theory and ignore practice,pay attention to results and ignore the process,etc.,especially the lack of the important link of cultivating scientific and technological ethical awareness,which has a negative impact on optimizing the knowledge structure,constructing the ability system,and shaping the complete personality of college graduates.The Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Ethical Governance of Science and Technology issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council in2022,on the basis of fully drawing on the experience of the international community and gathering consensus from all parties,clarifies that the development of scientific and technological activities should follow five ethical principles of science and technology,including improving human welfare,respecting the right to life,adhering to fairness and justice,reasonably controlling risks,and maintaining openness and transparency,which profoundly points out that scientific and technological ethics requirements should be promoted throughout the entire process of scientific and technological activities.Postgraduates in colleges and universities are the main force engaged in scientific research,and the era has given college graduate students the responsibility and mission of bravely shouldering the heavy responsibility of science and technology.Therefore,cultivating the awareness of science and technology ethics of college graduate students is not only an inherent need for the comprehensive development of college graduates,but also an urgent need to promote the harmonious development of society and build a strong country in science and technology.Based on and guided by Marxist ethical thinking on science and technology,this paper adopts the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method to conduct research.The first part first expounds the concept of science and technology ethics and science and technology ethical awareness,then introduces the basic theoretical positioning of science and technology ethics,and then demonstrates the value of cultivating the awareness of science and technology ethics in college graduate students from the perspectives of necessity and importance.The second part takes some college graduate students as an example to conduct in-depth investigation and analysis,focusing on understanding and grasping the current reality of college graduate students cultivating scientific and technological ethical awareness,and timely sorting out the problems arising in the current practice of cultivating scientific and technological ethical awareness of college graduates,and reasonably analyzing the specific causes of these problems from two aspects: subjective factors and objective factors.The third part is based on the new mission of cultivating scientific and technological ethics awareness given to college graduate students in the new era,and puts forward the goals,principles and contents of the current cultivation of college graduate students’ science and technology ethical awareness.The fourth part puts forward the cultivation path of college graduate students’ awareness of science and technology ethics,emphasizing that the effectiveness of the cultivation of college graduate students’ awareness of science and technology ethics should be enhanced by improving the autonomy of the cultivation of college graduate students’ awareness of science and technology ethics,improving the teaching methods for cultivating college graduate students’ awareness of science and technology ethics,creating a good environment for cultivating college graduate students’ awareness of science and technology ethics,and improving the mechanism for cultivating college graduate students’ awareness of science and technology ethics.Finally,the shortcomings of this paper and the improvement direction of future research are pointed out.
