| With the advent of the 5G era and the continuous upgrading of mobile communication technology,smart phones are developing in a more convenient,intelligent and personalized direction.Mobile APP is showing explosive growth,bringing new vitality to all walks of life,showing broad development prospects and unlimited potential.The mobile APP has also penetrated into campus life and learning,and has become an important tool for college students to study and live in school.As a result,many campus APP have been created to serve the college students.The application of the campus APP has become an important measure to carry out campus informatization construction and build "smart campus".It not only changes the way teachers and students live and learn,but also enriches teaching and education models,and injects new vitality into the informatization management of colleges.However,because APP is a new thing in recent years and lacks the necessary management experience,many problems exist in practical applications.Therefore,it is of practical significance to discuss the management of colleges and universities from the perspective of APP application.In the process of research,this paper divides the campus APP into four categories according to the type of service:campus information,life service,library,and class management.Research investigate from multiple dimensions,such as download rate,frequency of use,quality evaluation,question feedback,etc.The quality evaluation uses five-level scale method to evaluate functionality,demand,benefit,service quality,security,commerciality,recommendation willingness Comprehensive scoring of multiple indicators.Through the actual survey of 342 school-based,master,and PhD students,it was found that the four types of APP show very different quality characteristics:the evaluation of campus information apps and library apps is higher,the evaluation of life service apps is lower,and teaching management service specific scenarios.In addition,campus APP have many actual problems such as excessive downloads,single functions,uneven quality,and commercialization.To explore the causes of these problem,we mainly consider the two main bodies of the referrer and the developer:for universities,there is a lack of necessary research before the introduction of app,which is not conducive to promotion,poor coordination of various departments,lack of feedback channels for app problems and the short of necessary regulatory system;for developers,it only focuses on commerciality and ignores the needs of campus users.In this regard,universities can adopt corresponding strategies at different stages:(1)Do adequate research and enterprise qualification screening before the introduction of the APP,to ensure the right to know of teachers and students;(2)Provide feedback channels for problems of APP in use,establish evaluation mechanism,strengthen the supervision of app,and guarantee information security;(3)"Appropriate remedies" for different types of APP:to strengthen public opinion guidance for campus information APPs,and to expand publicity channels and increase publicity efforts for library APPs,For living service apps,we must pay attention to the deployment of existing resources and be alert to the information security issues it brings;(4)In the long run,we can explore and develop a"one-stop" platform that integrates management and service,to achieve the teaching,management,scientific research,and service of university campuses are integrated,and strengthen the operations and maintenance of APP,to improve the level of university management and services and promote the further development of informatization construction. |
