Research On Informatization Construction Of Teaching Management In SD University Based On Project Management

To speed up the education informatization has become the inevit able choice of the reform and development of education enterprise in our country,the construction of digital campus has become the mainstream of the information construction of colleges and universities.In the construction of digital campus,in terms of higher vocational colleges,teaching management information system is an important part of constructing the digital campus,is a "nervous system" for normal operation of the school teaching work.The system is the need for sharing and collaboration,the need to transform management into a service,the need to stabilize information services,and the need for a full and sustainable development of school.Based on the research of the construction of teaching management informationization in China and foreign countries,this paper points out the feasibility of carrying out the project management in teaching management informationization in universities.Then analyzes the business process and current situation of the teaching management informatization construction in SD University,puts forward the existing problems in the construction of SD University teaching management informatization,analyzes the current system structure and function module of teaching management informatization construction.Finally teaching management informatization system is designed based on the WBS decomposition from two aspects of functional modules and organizational modules,construction of SD University teaching management informatization planning and control points are put forward by project management ideas,and safeguard measures of teaching management informatization construction are put forward.
