With the continuous maturity and development of Internet technology,online education has gradually become one of the important means of contemporary education.As an important carrier of online education,online education platform has been explored by major educational institutions aiming at the market.Influenced by the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak,the Ministry of Education issued a series of Guiding Opinions on online teaching in various institutions during epidemic prevention and control,and put forward a new teaching requirement of "suspension of classes and no stopping learning".In the face of the new situation,online teaching is carried out in all kinds of schools at all levels,which provides a great opportunity for the rapid development of online education.But at the same time,there are many problems that restrict the development of online education.Therefore,how to sum up the experience and lessons from the practice of online education during the epidemic period,so as to get a benign and sustainable development,is worth our in-depth study.This paper takes H education group online education as an example,based on the analysis of its current situation,puts forward the problems existing in its platform marketing strategy.Through the research on the market,environment,human resources and other aspects of online education,we strive to quickly improve the influence and popularity of H Education Group’s online education industry,open the market and meet the needs of the market.By analyzing the obstacles and problems in the development of online education of h education group,this paper puts forward the marketing development direction of the enterprise and relevant optimization strategies,so as to meet the needs of information education and online education market.Based on SWOT analysis,7PS theory,STP theory and other marketing theories,this paper deeply analyzes the current development situation,human resource demand,financial cost and product development direction of h education group online education,solves theproblems existing in the process of marketing promotion,and puts forward the feasible development direction and guidance for the enterprise Online education platform marketing provides reference and reference.
