| As an important part of campus culture,college dormitory culture plays a special role in the Ideological and Political Education of colleges and universities.It has an unique educational function and is an important carrier of educating people in colleges and universities.With the continuous deepening of the higher education reform,of promoting the full credit system and the decreasing of those teaching,practice,cultural and sports activities in class,the contact and communication among students will be happened more in the dormitory,which make it increasingly prominent of the importance of dormitory culture construction.In addition,with the“post-00” college students who are about to become the main part of colleges and universities,their new characteristics and new styles have increasingly highlighted the vital role of dormitory culture in the growth of college students.The popularity of the network also has a strong impact on the dormitory life,the ways of communication,the consumption patterns and the entertainment activities.Therefore,how to improve and expand the connotation construction centering on the material culture,spiritual culture,institutional culture and behavioral culture of the dormitory and how to fully tap and exert the function of dormitory culture education has became an important research topic,which can not be ignored by ideological and political education of workers in colleges and universities.This paper adopts the methods of the literature analysis,in-depth interviews and questionnaires.The first part is to review and draw on the literature materials at home and abroad of college students’ dormitory culture and its educational function.On the second part,10 college teachers and 25 college students were interviewed by In-depth interview,which was designed on the based on the relevant theories and the characteristics of college students’ dormitory culture.In addition,Combined with the experience of participating in the dormitory construction as a full-time counselor,to learn more about the current status of dormitory culture construction.On this basis,five core educational functions of the university students’ dormitory culture,such as cultural identity,emotional cultivation,orientation and motivation,psychological comfort and restraint were preliminarily refined.Then,to carry out classified statistics and data analysis of the findings according to the questionnaire survey and interview about the status of the university’s dormitory culture education function on morn than 600 students of seven universities in Zhejiang Province.Finally,the ways of developing the function of university students’ dormitory culture education were proposed based on the results,which includes: First,environmental education:strengthening "hardware" construction;Second,ideological and political education:strengthening spiritual guidance;Third,management and education: strengthening system construction;Fourth,standardizing education: strengthening behavior cultivation. |
