As a new thing social entrepreneurship has attracted more and more attention in a time when it is just right.China has entered innovation-driven development,the economy is facing a new normal and the idea of creating is winning the hearts of the people,all these providing the soil and opportunity for the emergence and development of social entrepreneurship.The main group of social entrepreneurship—university students,unite personal values and social values to better exercise themselves and serve the society in the practice of social entrepreneurship.By studying the essence of social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs' characteristic,takes the university students'social entrepreneurship as a new mentality for the reform and development of higher education,an important carrier of ideological education,ability cultivation and quality development for undergraduates and finds out effective mechanisms and safeguards to integrate into the education system.Based on the above demands,this paper mainly regards the educational value of social entrepreneurship and implementation as the main line,concentrating on the education value of this practice after understanding the essence of social entrepreneurship,and explors the realization of the educational function.Through comparative research,defines the practice which creates social value as the mission with commercial operation means as social entrepreneurship's main features and regards the logical starting point of social mission and the social benefit of value creation preference and profit allocation as the essential feature.The ideological guidance and practical educational value of social entrepreneurship at the macro level as well as the quality optimization and ability upgrading function of entrepreneurial entities at the individual level is demonstrated by means of case description and model construction.The ideological guidance and practical educational value of social entrepreneurship at the macro level,as well as the quality optimization and ability upgrading of entrepreneurial entities at the individual level is demonstrated by means of case description and model construction.The obstacle of realizing the function of public-benefit entrepreneurship and education is attributed to the vagueness of legal status,the deviation of external cognition and the vacancy of government-led role.On this basis,it is needed to try to constuct the model of ecological development of entrepreneurship education which includes the target system,training programs,support systems and evaluation principles replying on the collaborative operation of government,society and universities.
