With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the continuous improvement of education popularization level,and the continuous improvement and expansion of education system,under the existing education system in China,the whole society’s attention and enthusiasm for education are gradually aroused,among which k12 education is the most concerned.K12 education market is currently the largest education market segment in China.In the past five years,the extracurricular education and training market has maintained a compound annual growth rate of nearly 20%.The rapid growth has made education and training more popular with the media and capital,and has become the focus of public opinion.As a national k12 education leading enterprise with wide popularity and influence,the TA1 Education Group was established in 2003 and listed in the US stock market in 2010.Up to now,the company has been established for 18 years and listed for 11 years.Its business layout has expanded from early mathematics training to general practice training,and its business scope has expanded from Beijing to major cities in China.Since its establishment,the company has developed steadily,It has always been committed to promoting the integration of science and technology Internet and education.Today,facing the impact of online education on traditional education methods in the Internet era,and the situation of hot extracurricular education and training market and stricter supervision of extracurricular education and training,the company has both development opportunities and threats.As a benchmark of the industry,tal is representative in the research on the development of extracurricular education and training.With the help of strategic management theory,related diversified development strategic management theory,core competitiveness theory,extracurricular education enterprise development and online education related literature,this paper uses strategic management analysis tools to comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment of TA1 Education Group,and summarizes the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,Combined with its mission,vision and development status in recent years,this paper analyzes the development strategic direction of TA1 Education Group,formulates short-term and long-term development goals,and puts forward that tal should adopt relevant diversified development strategies.At the same time,it puts forward four development strategy implementation measures of product diversification development,Online and offline dual drive development based on offline,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,teaching and research innovation,and refined operation management,and puts forward safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy in terms of management system,human resources,teaching and research,financial management,and brand effect,so as to make the company in the fierce market competition,Make full use of the market environment,seek advantages and avoid disadvantages,maintain the company’s core competitiveness,and constantly strengthen its leading position in the industry.The innovation of this paper lies in:first,this paper constructs the SWOT analysis model of the development of TA1 Education Group,systematically analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by TA1 Education Group externally,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of TA1 Education Group internally,and on this basis,makes a comprehensive analysis,and puts forward the relevant diversified development strategies in line with the company’s development goals.Second,it puts forward the strategic implementation measures of systematically analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by TA1 Education Group externally,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of TA1 Education Group internally,to focus on offline development and implement online and offline dual drive development.Through this measure,the company can comply with the development trend of the industry,grasp the outbreak period of online education development,occupy the online market share,and lay out the third and fourth tier cities offline,so as to consolidate the company’s leading position in the industry.
