Study On Supply Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of Urban Public Sports Recreation Space

Urban public sports recreation space is an important material support for realizing the strategy of healthy China,and it is the first choice for residents to exercise and relax.Under the strategic background of national health,it is important to explore the influencing factors and existing problems of the supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space,and put forward feasible countermeasures for the development of urban public sports recreation space,so as to improve the urban public sports service ability and realize the planning of healthy China.This paper USES the data envelopment analysis,night lighting correction method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the measuring efficiency of urban public sports recreation space supply,on the basis of in night light data after the correction measure,the region’s economic growth on the efficiency of the urban public sports recreation space supply influence factors are explored.In this paper,green land park is used as the measurement index of urban public recreation space,and three-stage DEA model is used to calculate the supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space.Then,the random effects model is used to explore the influencing factors of the supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space,and the results and causes are analyzed and discussed.Finally,suggestions are put forward for the insufficiency and problems found in the research process.Research Conclusions:(1)The overall supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space is low,because the scale efficiency is low,which reflects that the investment scale of urban public sports recreation space is not ideal,and the quantity and construction scale of urban public sports recreation space need to be improved.The pure technical efficiency is generally higher than the scale efficiency,which reflects the better utilization of resources.(2)At the national level,as a proxy measure of economy,night light has a positive promoting relationship with the supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space,that is,the higher the value of light is,the more developed the economy is,and the higher the supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space is.The results indicate that economic development will promote the supply efficiency of public sports recreation space.The supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space is negatively inhibited by the density of urban public transportation and the intensity of urban land development,that is,the higher the density of public transportation,the lower the supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space.The higher the intensity of urban land development,the lower the supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space.Different factors have different effects on the supply efficiency of urban public sports recreation space.(3)From the perspective of the eastern,central and western regions,the influence of influencing factors shows regional characteristics.In the eastern region,the urban public sports recreation space is not correlated with the corrected night light,but is negatively correlated with the density of public transportation and the intensity of urban land development.In the central region,the supply efficiency is negatively correlated with the density of public transport,but not with the corrected night light.In the western region,the supply efficiency is negatively correlated with the corrected night light,negatively correlated with the density of public transportation,and positively correlated with the intensity of urban development.It can be seen from the regional results that there are obvious regional characteristics and regional characteristics between regions.Countermeasures:(1)Maintain seek improvement in stability at the macro level and increase the stock of urban public sports recreation space.We need to treat equity and efficiency dialectically.Opposites unify supply and demand;Perfecting the top-level design,guiding the construction and utilization of urban public sports recreation space;Give full play to economic power and optimize the allocation of urban public sports recreation space resources.(2)Improve the viscosity of urban public sports recreation space by taking advantage of regional advantages at the meso level.It is necessary to base on the current situation of urban development and take into account the balance of multiple interests.Promote service equalization and realize inter-regional linkage development;Following scientific steps,orderly integration of sports space resources;Combined with regional cultural resources,enhance residents’ sense of identity.(3)Pay attention to the needs of residents at the micro level,and optimize the service of urban public sports recreation space.Need to start from the needs of the people,always put people first;Detail the characteristics of the crowd and take into account the sports recreation preferences of different classes;Using urban traffic network to improve spatial accessibility;Residents are encouraged to participate in the establishment of an evaluation system to make space construction more in line with public opinion.
