| As an important part of college students’ daily life,cultural consumption has a significant impact on their healthy growth.Although the family’s edification,the school’s education and the society’s law popularization education’s unceasing development have made some college students’ legal consciousness to improve,can have some legal common sense.However,the phenomenon of college students’ weak legal awareness still exists,which leads to their rights and interests being violated when they fall into the trap of consumption in cultural consumption.Therefore,how to improve the legal awareness of college students in cultural consumption is still a subject in front of us.In addition to family,school and society,self-cultivation is also particularly important and should be paid attention to.Based on the connotation of the college students’ consumption culture,the connotation of college students’ legal consciousness,the connotation of college students’ legal consciousness of self cultivation,the connotation of college students’ legal consciousness in the cultural consumption self cultivation,and cultivation of college students’ legal consciousness in the cultural consumption itself,on the basis of the necessity of making paper through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,the structure from the present situation of legal consciousness to the culture of consumption of college students and college students’ legal consciousness in the cultural consumption self education at present our country two aspects of analysis of the current situation of college students’ legal consciousness in the cultural consumption self education existing problems and the cause of the problem.It clarifies the guiding ideology and guiding principles of the self-cultivation of legal consciousness of college students in cultural consumption,explores the specific methods of the self-cultivation of legal consciousness of college students in cultural consumption,and provides beneficial reference for the self-cultivation of legal consciousness of college students in cultural consumption.Through the study of this paper,it is expected to strengthen college students’ attention to the self-cultivation of legal consciousness in cultural consumption,so that college students’ legal consciousness is enhanced,the concept of the rule of law is deepened,and then promote the construction of China’s law-based society. |
