Research On The Influence Of Education Human Capital Level On Economic Growth Of Liaoning Province

Growth is a measure of a country or a region’s overall development,the main factors plays an indispensable role in human capital is a key factor in economic growth,at the same time and the many factors influencing the human capital,education is a very key factor,therefore improve the interest of many economists to its research.With the introduction of national talent policies in recent years,governments at all levels have gradually increased their attention to this,vigorously improving measures for talent introduction and focusing on talent cultivation ability.It can be seen that the government has begun to pay attention to the relationship between the cultivation of talents and the level of economic development,in which the factor that has a great impact on the improvement of the level of economic development is the investment factor of educational human capital.With the attention of governments at all levels,the former material investment has gradually been replaced by human capital investment based on education,and the development level of regional economy has also developed actively with the influence of new factors.In the overall writing of this paper,first of all,this paper uses comparative analysis.Affect economic growth in Liaoning province through selecting the education of human capital stock index,index of comparison of different years from 2007 to 2018 data,giving education perspective of the quality of human capital and to understand the situation of education of Liaoning province human capital level,and then from the Angle of quality and economic structure of these two measure of Liaoning province is a state of the economy.Secondly,this paper adopts the literature research method.Through reading relevant literature,this paper understands the influence mechanism,draws on the experience of China and other provinces,compares the current situation of Liaoning and the subject studied in this paper to analyze the influence mechanism of education human capital level on the economic growth of Liaoning Province.Finally,through empirical analysis,the level of educational human capital is measured by the stock of educational human capital,and the material capital is measured by the social fixed asset investment of Liaoning Province,and the influence trend of the two on the economic growth level of Liaoning Province is analyzed,discussed and analyzed,and relevant policies are proposed for the reflected problems.The conclusion of the empirical study shows that the level of material capital and educational human capital both have a certain impact on the economic growth of Liaoning Province.Through the comparison of the two,the support from material capital in the early stage of Liaoning Province’s economic development is higher.Because the investment in education is a long-term process,and there is a certain lag effect,so the effect is not significant in the short term.However,with the governments at all levels paying more attention to education and the introduction of relevant talent support plans and talent policies,the role of educational human capital has gradually emerged.Education,therefore,human capital and material capital of Liaoning province has a certain role in promoting economic growth,but in the process of education investment,more or less reflects a certain problem,to further improve the level of economic growth in Liaoning province,in the field of education of the future will pay more attention to teaching quality of basic education has increased,perfecting the education policy fully implemented;On the premise of implementing basic education,we should pay more attention to vocational education and attach great importance to the development of higher education.Increase the investment in financial education and improve the efficiency of educational human capital;Attach importance to the accumulation of educational human capital to help economic development;The government should continue to increase its investment in education,actively attract social capital to invest in education,and construct diversified investment subjects.Optimize the environment of talent education and establish the mechanism of talent competition.In order to further enhance the educational human capital level of Liaoning Province,better promote the economic growth level of Liaoning Province.
