Study On The Service Of Ningbo Peasant College For Local Agricultural Development

Agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been fundamental issues to which the Party and the state have attached great importance.Agricultural education is closely related to the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.We must deeply realize that serving these problems is not only a reflection of our own value,but also an unavoidable responsibility in the cause of modernization.Modern agriculture is the agriculture with high high-tech content and high level of science and technology.It is necessary to cultivate high-quality talents to meet the demand of modern agriculture for talents,among which the most important is to cultivate modern agricultural talents with "culture,knowledge of technology and knowledge of management".Taking Ningbo Peasant College as the object of study,it is of practical significance to explore the effective way of agricultural education to serve agricultural development and solve the key problem of talents for the development of modern agriculture in China.The research content includes the following five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and characteristics as well as the key problems to be solved.The second part mainly discusses the related concepts and theoretical basis of the thesis.The third and fourth parts focus on analyzing the current situation,existing problems and causes of Ningbo Peasant College’s service to local agricultural development.The fifth part is aimed at the fourth part of the existing problems,combined with literature and specific practical research,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The main research results are as follows: Through research and analysis,it is concluded that the limiting factors for Ningbo Peasant College to serve local agricultural development are relatively weak teachers,low learning enthusiasm of farmers,limited training courses to meet the needs of agricultural development,and insufficient understanding and support of the society for agricultural education.In view of these problems,some countermeasures are put forward,such as strengthening financial support and developing capital channels,strengthening farmers’ understanding of the importance of agricultural education,selecting appropriate training programs according to farmers’ needs,and creating an environment that attaches importance to agricultural education.It is hoped to provide valuable reference for China’s agricultural education to promote agricultural development by studying the way that Ningbo Peasant College serves local agricultural development.
