A Study On The Cultivation Of Directional Normal College Students From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The revitalization of rural education is directly related to the revitalization of rural areas,and the training of rural teachers is the key to the revitalization of rural education.For a long time,there are structural contradictions in rural basic education,such as the shortage of teachers,the low comprehensive ability of teachers,and the serious loss of teachers,that is,"can’t go down,can’t stay,and can’t teach well",resulting in a large gap between rural and urban education.In order to strengthen the construction of rural teachers and promote education equity,the central and local governments have successively issued a series of policies and measures to support the development of rural education.Among them,since the implementation of the "rural targeted normal student training plan" by local governments,a number of new forces have joined the ranks of rural teachers and achieved positive results,in order to improve the overall quality of rural teachers and improve rural teaching level Promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education provides a successful practical exploration.In the context of rural revitalization,the construction of rural teachers’ team can not fully adapt to the changed new situation and new requirements,and it is urgent to further improve the training of targeted normal students.The training institutions undertake the heavy task of empowering rural education revitalization with high-quality targeted normal students,and constantly provide rural schools with high-quality,dedicated and rooted teacher resources,so as to promote the continuous improvement of the equity of basic education in urban and rural areas.This paper adopts the method of combining literature research with investigation and research,selects directional normal school students as the research object,on the basis of in-depth investigation and research on the current situation and existing problems of directional normal college students,through logical analysis,the training countermeasures of directional normal college students are optimized.From the perspective of the full text,this paper uses the basic methods of theoretical research to deeply interpret and analyze the current rural revitalization strategy,the relevant concepts of oriented normal college students and the policy documents related to the construction of teachers,so as to provide basic theoretical support for the research of this paper.Then,this paper selects the directional normal students(hereinafter referred to as directional normal students)from the beginning of junior middle school in Jiangxi Province for five years as the research object,and finds out after in-depth investigation and study on the current situation of the cultivation of directional normal students.At present,our province has made certain achievements in the training of directional normal students and accumulated a lot of experience that can be used for reference,but on the whole,under the background of the current rural revitalization strategy.There are some problems in the training of directional normal college students,such as unreasonable student source structure,imperfect training plan,difficult professional quality and ability to meet the needs of talent training in the new era,unfirm career ideal,inadequate post-service assistance,lack of close connection with the strategy of rural revitalization,and so on.Finally,this paper points out that in order to solve the problems existing in the training process of directional normal students in our country and improve the level of basic education in rural areas,improvements should be made from the aspects of optimizing the structure of students,optimizing the supply side to reform the training plan,doing a good job in pre-service training,establishing vocational ideals and doing a good job in vocational assistance.
