In order to strengthen the construction of rural teaching staff,promote the modernization of education and solve the problems existing in the construction of rural teaching staff.Since 2016,Jiangsu Province has carried out the orientation training of rural teachers,hoping to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education in the province and provide a strong teacher guarantee for the overall modernization of provincial education.The enrollment plan of rural teachers'orientation training is incorporated into the annual enrollment management of ordinary colleges and universities,which includes the advance batches,directional enrollment.Admission for the rural teachers targeted training program of normal students,referred to as rural directional normal students.As the reserve force of rural teachers,the training process of rural directional normal students is not borne by a single training subject,and the professional accomplishment,teaching skills and professional consciousness of rural directional normal students all need to be completed jointly by many training subjects.In order to ensure the training quality of rural directional normal students,it is necessary to establish a training institution,county-level teacher Development Center,"Trinity"cooperative training model in primary and secondary schools to innovate the training mode,reform teaching methods,improve teaching literacy,and lay a foundation for the construction of rural teaching staff.This paper takes the rural orientation teacher training model as the research theme,and the specific content is divided into five parts.The first part:according to the national policy and the development track of rural education,the development of the current situation of the relevant research,combined with domestic and foreign scholars on the training model of various normal students to carry out a simple collation.In the second part,the paper briefly expounds the rural directional normal students and the cooperative training,including the background of implementation,the cultivation expectation,the connotation and characteristics of the cooperative training mode,etc.The third part discusses the main body and the synergistic elements in the co-cultivation mode of rural orientation teachers,that is,from the training of colleges,primary and secondary schools,and county-level teacher development centers,including the relationship between each subject and the synergy elements among the subjects.The fourth part analyzes the rural normal students in Jiangsu Province and their training status,specifically the background situation;teachers'professional identity;training the current situation,including professional settings,curriculum,teaching mode,teaching and practical skills;several dimensions.According to the problems found in the investigation,the specific countermeasures for perfecting the coordinated training of rural normal students in Jiangsu Province.The fifth part puts forward the idea of constructing the collaborative training mode;it puts forward suggestions for the operational guarantee of the coordinated training mode of the rural teachers.
