| School education is the fundamental plan of talent training, and physical education is a compulsory course in secondary vocational schools, which plays a key role in the all-round training of high-quality talents.Wushu,as an outstanding representative of Chinese traditional sports, has been brought into the curriculum of Physical Education and Health in senior vocational colleges, which has dual attributes of sports and culture, and has been highly valued by the state and society. However, most schools carry out Wushu sports, and the teaching methods still refer to the traditional teaching mode. The single teaching method can’t arouse the enthusiasm and motivation of vocational college students, which affects the development of Wushu sports in the physical education curriculum of high school vocational colleges to some extent. How to promote the development of students’ all-round quality? How to improve the effect of Wushu classroom teaching? Are all problems we face.Task-driven teaching method organically combines teaching objectives, teaching contents and different task types, and encourages and guides students to face problems and complete tasks.Strengthening the interaction and emotional communication between teachers and students and cultivating students’ cooperative learning, unity and cooperation have been widely concerned. In this paper, the task-driven teaching method is applied to the martial arts courses of students in secondary vocational schools. Two classes of Grade 22 in Guangzhou Electronic Vocational and Technical School are selected, and the experimental group and the control group are set up respectively. The task-driven teaching method is studied by using the methods of literature review, expert interview, experimental teaching method, mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey, and applied to the teaching process of the experimental group. The data were recorded and analyzed by spss25.The results showed that:1.After four tests of physical fitness(50-meter running,1000-meter running, standing long jump and sitting forward),there is a very significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the test results of 50-meter running and standing long jump(P < 0.01),but there is no significant difference between the1000-meter running and sitting forward(P > 0.05).2.In the test of Wushu skills, there is a significant difference between the two classes after the experiment(P < 0.01).3.In the psychological test of physical education learning: after the experiment, there was a significant difference in the experimental group’s autonomous learning ability(P < 0.01),but there was a significant difference in their interest in physical education learning and active participation(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in their sense of self-efficacy(P > 0.05).Through the analysis of the research results, the following conclusions are drawn:1.In terms of physical fitness, the test scores of the two classes using task-driven teaching method and traditional teaching method have improved compared with those before the experiment, but the improvement range of the experimental class is greater than that of the control class.2.Compared with the traditional teaching method, the task-driven teaching method can create a more unique and creative teaching environment, cultivate students’ ability to find and solve problems, and enhance students’ cooperation ability, team awareness and interpersonal skills in the process of completing tasks in groups.3.Compared with the traditional teaching method, using task-driven teaching method in the teaching process can change students’ learning attitude towards physical education, and make relevant regulations and adjustments in the process of completing tasks,so as to enhance students’ self-confidence and learning motivation and give full play to students’ main role. The conclusion shows that the experimental results show that the task-driven teaching method makes the relationship between teachers and students more relaxed and harmonious, and the teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching method. The use of task-driven teaching method is recognized and accepted by students. However, the post-test scores of classes using traditional teaching methods have also been improved,so the role of traditional teaching methods cannot be completely denied. How to make the task-driven teaching method more suitable for students at different stages requires teachers to continuously improve their comprehensive quality and enhance their professional knowledge reserves. |
