| Employment stability and employment guarantee is the main policy focus for current economic development of China.Technological innovation constructs new economic momentum and expands labor demand for the one hand,but also substitutes traditional labor on the other hand.These complicated impacts of technological innovation to employment would cause expansion effect through industry link.China as a "world factory",analyzing the employment risk impact of technological innovation on the labor force from the perspective of the division of labor in the global value chain can provide precise guidance for the current employment policy.Based on this,this article examines technological innovation and labor employment risks from the perspective of global value chain division of labor.From the perspective of global value chain,this paper uses the WIOD database to calculate the global value chain position index of my country’s manufacturing industry segments,and uses the fixed effects method to perform regression analysis.This article is mainly divided into five parts: the introduction part introduces the research background and research significance of this article,literature review and research ideas;the first chapter is the theoretical basis and influence mechanism,first from the perspective of traditional trade and value-added trade.The employment utility theory of technological innovation,followed by an introduction to the mechanism of technological innovation on the total employment,flexibility,and structure of employment;the second chapter is the analysis of the status quo of employment and innovation in China under the division of labor in the value chain: in terms of employment status,the number of employment It introduces the employment status of China’s manufacturing industry as a whole,by industry,and skill-based labor from the perspective of employment compensation and labor;in terms of innovation status,combined with data,it explains the investment in China ’ s manufacturing industry from three perspectives: total innovation,scientific research investment and human capital investment Status Quo;Chapter 3 is an empirical analysis of the impact of technological innovation on employment under the division of labor in the value chain.This part first describes the construction of the model and data sources,and then returns from the overall,sub-industry,and sub-skilled labor force,and conducts corresponding robustness.And the heterogeneity test,and finally the mechanism analysis test of the employment effect produced by technological innovation;Chapter 4 is the conclusion and policy recommendations.This part organizes the previous content and combines the results of the empirical analysis to provide a value chain perspective Under the influence of China’s technological innovation on employment risks,targeted policy recommendations have been put forward. |
