| Attention is an important part of psychological activities,as the first step of information processing,it is essential to the development of individuals.The stability of attention determines the development of children’s cognitive ability to a great extent,and is also the guarantee that children can complete all kinds of tasks smoothly.Early childhood is the key period of attention development,the development of 5-6-year-old children’s attention stability is an important preparation for formal learning into primary school.Numerous studies have shown that physical activity can improve attention stability in young children,and many researchers have found that yoga interventions can help ADHD children improve their attention and hyperactivity.However,there are few studies on the effect of yoga intervention in ordinary children group,based on which,the purpose of this study is to explore the effect of children’s yoga intervention on the stability of attention of children aged5-6 years and its time-course benefit,and to provide evidence for the development of children’s attention,and to explore more effective interventions to improve the stability of attention of young children.According to the requirements of quasi-experimental design,this study selected two natural class children as subjects,that is,60 large class children aged 5-6 years,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group,children’s yoga as a means of exercise intervention,the experimental group was intervened for 12 weeks,and at the pre-experiment,6 weeks,12 weeks,13 weeks and 14 weeks,the visual attention stability and auditory attention stability of young children were evaluated by means of scratch test and proofreading to illustrate the effect of yoga on the stability of young children’s attention and its time-course benefit.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Children’s yoga can effectively promote the development of visual and auditory attention stability of children aged 5-6.(2)The intervention effect of children’s yoga on visual and auditory attention stability of children can last for at least two weeks.(3)There was no gender difference in the effect of children’s yoga on the stability of visual and auditory attention in the experimental group. |
