A Study On The Mechanism Of The Interaction Between The Cultural Intelligence And Acculturation Stress Of International Students In China

As China’s status in the international arena continues to increase,its weight in the internationalization of education has also become heavier.My country has now become the world’s third and Asia’s number one destination country for studying abroad,and it is becoming more and more important to pay attention to the problem of international students adapting to foreign cultures.With the increase in the number of international students in China,more and more attention has been paid to the mental health of this group.There are differences in their own cultural intelligence among foreign students,and different degrees of adaptation in foreign cultures,which may bring pressure to them and cause psychological problems.In the process of studying in China,will the establishment of a social network help international students alleviate the pressure of cultural adaptation,as well as the degree of acceptance of different cultures by the organization or college,and whether the open atmosphere for culture within the organization will also help These are the problems that this paper intends to solve for the establishment of social networks by international students in China.Therefore,this research is devoted to exploring the mechanism between cultural intelligence and cultural adaptation pressure,and on this basis,to explore the mediating role of the establishment of social networks in it,as well as the regulatory role of the organizational climate.Put forward practical directions and strategies for alleviating the pressure of cultural adaptation for international students in China.Since this study,returning overseas students have been the research objects,collecting data through online and offline questionnaires,using scientific data analysis software to conduct questionnaire reliability and validity analysis and equation structure model testing.Through data analysis and model testing,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The cultural intelligence of international students in China has a negative impact on acculturation stress,that is,people with higher cultural intelligence can have better acculturation efficiency,and better acculturation can effectively alleviate acculturation stress;(2)Come There is a positive correlation between the cultural intelligence of overseas Chinese students and the establishment of social networks,that is,people with high cultural intelligence have better adaptability to interpersonal communication and can build social networks more effectively;(3)Better interpersonal communication and social networks can alleviate individuals Perceived pressure,the establishment of social network will negatively affect the acculturation pressure of international students;(4)Social network plays an intermediary role between cultural intelligence and acculturation pressure;(5)As a moderating variable.Intercultural organization atmosphere can positively regulate the relationship between cultural intelligence and social networks.The campus or organizational atmosphere to the diversified culture of international students will affect the recognition of other cultures by other members of the organization.When the campus has a strong cross-cultural organizational atmosphere,international students can more easily establish interpersonal relationships with other members of the organization to form a society Internet,and when the intercultural organization atmosphere on campus is low,international students may suffer discrimination and other negative behaviors,making it difficult to establish social networks with other members.This research has a certain theoretical significance and practical inspiration.In terms of theory,this research is a systematic review and summary of related fields through a comprehensive analysis and exploration of cultural intelligence,acculturation pressures,and social networks.It is also a follow-up research in this field.Open up new ideas.In particular,the research on the mechanism of social network between cultural intelligence and acculturation pressure is in line with the regional characteristics of establishing social network in the Chinese context.There is currently no relevant research in China.I hope that through the analysis of this research,can advance some suggestions and measures to fill of previous scholars in related theories.In terms of practice,this study is an empirical study of the mechanism between the cultural intelligence and acculturation pressure of international students in China,and the establishment of social networks as an intermediary variable.The conclusions drawn from this research will be beneficial to the future life of international students in China.Reduce the obstacles to acculturation and provide methodological basis for the acculturation of international students in China.It has certain practical guiding significance for foreign students who have just come to China or who have previously suffered from greater cultural adjustment pressure.And it can help universities and tutoring organizations that accept international students to have a more in-depth and objective understanding of how to relieve the acculturation pressure of international students,and formulate corresponding assistance or guidance methods based on the actual situation,so as to help universities
