| The issue of education supply and demand is an important issue affecting the development of education in my country.The state has repeatedly pointed out in government reports that it is necessary to vigorously promote the balanced development of compulsory education,and the balance of supply and demand of compulsory education is a key factor affecting the balanced development of compulsory education.my country is currently in a critical period of in-depth development of urbanization,which puts forward new requirements for comprehensively improving the quality of compulsory education and the level of compulsory education supply.The main contradictions in our society have undergone new changes in the new era.In terms of compulsory education,the new contradictions are mainly reflected in the contradiction between the society and the people’s increasing demand for high-quality and balanced compulsory education and the inadequate and unbalanced supply of compulsory education in reality.my country’s urbanization rate is constantly increasing,the scale of cities and towns is constantly expanding,the population is increasing,and the infrastructure is constantly being updated.People’s demand for compulsory education is constantly increasing.The government is facing tremendous pressure on the supply of compulsory education.In the face of the problem of the supply and demand of compulsory education caused by rapid urbanization,how can the government make decisions quickly,accurately and with high quality,rationally guide the individual needs of compulsory education,optimize the allocation of resources for compulsory education,expand the supply,and simultaneously meet the individual development of the people And the needs of social and economic development,thereby promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,has become an important issue that needs to be resolved urgently.The article is based on the relevant laws and regulations of my country’s compulsory education,the theory of education supply and demand,and the theory of government functions.From the perspective of public management,the article uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method,data analysis method,and combines the typical models of Zhengzhou City G District Regional characteristics,quantitative analysis of the problems in the supply and demand of its compulsory education.Through combing the current situation of the supply and demand of compulsory education in G District of Zhengzhou City,according to the characteristics of the unity,balance,and diversity of the supply and demand of compulsory education,it is found that the compulsory education has supply and demand,supply imbalance and demand balance,and subjective supply The contradictions and problems between sex and demand objectivity,supply unity and demand diversification.The reasons are mainly reflected in the four aspects of economic development,population pressure,government functions,and diversification of individual needs.In this way,we will increase the investment in compulsory education to improve the quantity and quality of supply;focus on the weak links of compulsory education,and promote the basic balance of supply and demand;build a diversified supply system for compulsory education,strengthen support and supervision of private education,and unblock the channels for expressing demand for compulsory education,Rationally guide individual needs;improve the policy decision-making mechanism,optimize the five aspects of compulsory education supply,and put forward suggestions to solve the supply and demand problems of compulsory education in G District of Zhengzhou. |
