Research On The Organization Of Community Mass Sports Events In Zhengzhou

China has successively promulgated a number of policies and regulations to improve the health of the whole population.The extensive development of mass sports events is not only in line with our country’s current basic national policy,but also an important guarantee on transforming China into a top ranked sporting nation.At the same time,hosting mass sports activities is an effective way to meet the people’s growing fitness needs.It helps to form a platform that helps people participating in national fitness activities to better communicate.It also is a good way to display our country’s building a sports power.Therefore,this article conducts research on the organizations of mass sports events in Zhengzhou’s communities.The purpose of the research is to provide theoretical methods and scientific basis to community mass sports event organizers for improving their work.Moreover,it provides new ideas for the effective development of community mass sports events and the further improvement of people’s physical fitness at the grass-rooted level.This study takes Zhengzhou community mass sports event organization as the research object,questionnaire method,interview method and case analysis method to analyze the status quo of community mass sports events in Zhengzhou City,and discusses the characteristics and the existing problems of community mass sports events in Zhengzhou City.This study aims to contribute to the promotion and improvement of the mass sports event organizations.Finally,by enumerating the successful cases of community sports events in Zhengzhou,it can provide a valuable reference for future community sports events.The conclusions are as follows: there are irregularities in the compilation of competition rules and order volumes in community sports events;the time of mass sports events held by some communities in Zhengzhou is not fixed and not periodic;most communities hold mass sports events without sponsorship,but the masses need a small amount of sponsorship;most people think that the propaganda and recruitment methods of “hearsay”or “leaflet distribution” can no longer conform to the trend of the times;most communities in Zhengzhou attach great importance to safety prevention and control when carrying out mass sports events,which is mainly reflected in the aspect of security,but the allocation of medical personnel still needs to be strengthened;among the referees of Zhengzhou mass events,nearly half of the referees do not have a referee level,and the non-level and three-level referees mainly come from community workers,social workers and community people;after the event,the gains and losses of the event cannot be comprehensively summarized,and the necessary post-evaluation work is lacking;the organization and management personnel of mass sports events in a few communities in Zhengzhou lack experience in the organization of the community sports events,and their professional qualities have not been recognized.Only a few people who are not satisfied with the organization of community sports events,but have a positive attitude towards future community sports events.Suggestions are as follows: the design of competition rules and order volumes should be standardized,meticulous and reasonable as far as possible,so as to better meet the needs of the masses to participate in community sports events,improve the quality of community mass sports events and maximize the effect of activities;the time for organizing mass sports events in the future should be relatively fixed,community major leagues should be advocated,and a long-term mechanism for community sports events should be established;appropriately increase the outreach sponsorship of community sports events,which can play a role in enhancing the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in the competition;in the future,the We Chat network platform should be better used in the organization and publicity of community sports events,and the publicity work of the community staff should also not be ignored;organizers,community leaders and other staff should be more fully understand the importance of safety prevention and control work to ensure the safety of participants and effectively respond to emergencies;in the furute,the recruitment of referees should take the form of combining professional referees with community referees,so as to better achieve the purpose of organizing competitions;the community should introduce competition organization and management talents to hold sports events;for the organization of future events,it is necessary to further listen to the opinions and suggestions of the general public,and strive to enable more people to actively participate in community sports events.
