Background:With the increase of the age of the organism, the characteristics of aging become more and more obvious, and the improvement of medical conditions has prolonged the life span of human beings, making aging a serious problem to be faced by the society. The theory of free radical plays a major role in the theory of causing aging,so it is generally believed that the antioxidant capacity of the body is one of the important reasons to determine the aging speed of the body.In the studies of many scholars, most of them believe that the main factors affecting the antioxidant capacity of the body are exercise and diet, and which way of intervention has a great influence on the antioxidant capacity of the body still needs further research.Purpose:This study through the study of the eight weeks of SD rats of aerobic endurance exercise intervention, intermittent break feed joint intervention, intervention and the analysis of three kinds of means of intervention of SD rat skeletal muscle, liver and serum antioxidant enzyme and related antioxidant index, the effects of different intervention methods to enhance the influence of the body’s antioxidant capacity. Methods:In this experiment,7-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group C,aerobic exercise group S,intermittent fasting group D and intermittent fasting combined exercise group DS.After 8 weeks of intervention, the gastrecnemiac muscle, liver and serum were slaughtered and analyzed by measuring the superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and malondialdehyde(MDA).Results:(1)The intervention sequence of weight reduction effect was: aerobic endurance exercise combined with intermittent fasting > and intermittent fasting > aerobic endurance exercise.(2)MDA,SOD,CAT and T-AOC in skeletal muscle of rats in group S were significantly increased;SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC in liver were significantly increased, while MDA was significantly decreased.Serum GSH-Px,CAT and T-AOC were significantly increased, while MDA and SOD were significantly decreased.(3)SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC in skeletal muscle of rats in group D were significantly increased, and T-AOC was significantly decreased.SOD and GSH-Px in liver were significantly increased, while MDA and CAT were significantly decreased.Serum GSH-Px was significantly increased,MDA,CAT and T-AOC were significantly decreased.(4)SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC in skeletal muscle of rats in DS group were significantly increased, while CAT was significantly decreased;SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC,MDA and CAT in liver were significantly decreased.Serum GSH-Px and T-AOC were significantly increased, while MDA and CAT were significantly decreased.Conclusion:(1)Regular aerobic endurance exercise can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of skeletal muscle, liver, and serum.(2)Although regular intermittent fasting reduces the total antioxidant capacity in skeletal muscle and serum,it can significantly enhance the activity of anti-SOD and GSH-PX.(3)Aerobic endurance exercise combined with intermittent fasting can reduce the lipid peroxidation reaction of muscles due to exercise, and can also prevent the reduction of total antioxidant capacity caused by fasting. The combined intervention of the two can well integrate the two The advantage of this factor.(4)The changes of MDA in skeletal muscle during exercise intervention were inconsistent with those in liver and serum. The changes of serum SOD were inconsistent with those of skeletal muscle and liver under the three intervention modes.CAT was highly correlated with fasting intervention, and T-AOC was highly correlated with exercise.
