Over-exercise appears to change reactive oxygen species, at the same time result in decreasing the performance. But the results depend on the exercises,the exercise times, the styles of exercise training .From the research on free radicals, we find that data are not sufficient on the endurance training at the same speed and the different time of exercise training leading to different changes in free radical metabolism.It is impoint of manufacturing of antioxidant supplements and medicinesas in the research of free radical . In fact, there are lots of good antioxidant medicines , which have the different functions. NANO-SE is a new antioxidant medicine and there are no researchs on the antioxidant functions of NANO-SE in exercise.Our research subjects are SD rats with 3 months ages and we select three tissue indexes (liver and muscle) as antioxidant state of the rats after different exercise training in different times. Our studies are to find the effects of different training times and the antioxidant medicine-NANO-SE-on antioxidant state of SD rats. We have drawn the following conclusions:1. The respond change of SOD under unchanging loads: it is down immediately after exercise but ascending in 3 hours after exercise in muscle and liver within four weeks exercising and the change of the second week is impoint. The level of SOD turning down is relating to the low ability of SOD respond .2. The respond change of GSH-PX within four weeks under unchanging loads: it is decreased after exercise and 3 hours after exercise inmuscle within one weeks.the other changes in muscle and liver are like SOD change in muscle, excepting significant difference in the fourth week in muscle and the different change in 3 hours after exercise in liver in 0 week. The change show that the recover ability of GSH-PX in liver is higher.3. The activity of SOD in liver are improved within four weeks, significantly 3 hours after training, showing the higher recover ability in liver. SOD immediately after exercise has the trendency of unchanging at a high level, showing the ability of respond of SOD in liver is improverd.4. The change for the activity of GSH-PX in liver is up-down~up. it shows that the recover ability turns strong with the time going. GSH-PX immediately after exercise has the trendency ascending.The change ofGHS-PX is more significant in liver than in muscle5. There is respond relation with The change of SOD, GSHhPX and MDA. It shows that the change of antioxidant enymes is relating to the change of MDA.6. There is effect to mouse bodies under NANO-Se and exercises . But continuing research is necessary for the better model within NANCHSe and exercise.
