With the more and more attention of the Ministry of Education and related departments,a series of measures have been introduced to bring campus football activities into another level.The state plans to establish 20,000 primary and secondary schools as campus football schools in 2025.At present,the composition of campus football teachers is complex,the level of teaching ability is uneven,and in the process of students learning football in primary and secondary schools,There is no doubt that the teaching ability of football teachers has a very important impact on the improvement of students' football level and students' football training enthusiasm.The subjects of this paper are primary and secondary school football teachers,students and related staff.The research on the basic situation and teaching ability of football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Xi'an is carried out by means of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and expert interview.The purpose is to understand and improve the teaching ability of primary and secondary school football teachers in Xi'an,and to promote the healthy and orderly development of campus football activities in Xi'an.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a big difference in the teaching ability of campus soccer teachers in primary and middle schools in Xi'an.In general,there are more male soccer teachers than female soccer teachers.Among them,primary school football teachers have lower academic qualifications and professional titles than middle school soccer teachers,and there are fewer soccer teachers with football level and soccer coach level.(2)In the teaching knowledge of the primary and middle school campus football teachers in Xi'an,it is generally believed that football skills and tactics are of the highest importance,but the importance of football-related theoretical knowledge is neglected.(3)Xi'an primary and middle school campus football teachers ignore the main body status of students,lack of complete knowledge structure,self-completed teaching design is weak,the number of evaluations of students is small and lack of self-reflection habits and reflection channels,leading to Xi'an The teaching ability of campus soccer teachers in primary and secondary schools is insufficient.(4)Xi'an primary and secondary school campus football teachers should formulate reasonable teaching plans in combination with the actual situation of students,improve their knowledge structure,conduct self-reflection on a regular basis,and evaluate students as many times as possible and in multiple times.
