The rapid development of information technology has triggered the deep reform of education and teaching.Realizing the deep integration of information technology and education teaching is the necessary condition to promote education informatization.The development of teachers is the basic guarantee for the development of educational informatization.The construction of teachers' information-based teaching ability is the key factor of educational informatization and the necessary professional requirement for the development of teachers' ability in the information-based society.Therefore,in recent years,a series of policies and regulations have been promulgated in our country.In order to promote the improvement of teachers' information-based teaching ability.Education informatization is the key to promote the modernization of education.Yinchuan is located in the western region,and its economy is relatively backward compared with the developed coastal cities.Yinchuan is also a inhabited area inhabited by ethnic minorities.This study hopes to understand the current situation of teachers' information-based teaching ability in the whole western region through the investigation of the information-based teaching ability and present situation of primary and middle school teachers in Jinfeng District of Yinchuan City.In order to find out the reasons that affect the development of the information-based teaching ability of the primary and middle school teachers,and put forward specific suggestions to promote the improvement of the information-based teaching ability of the teachers in the whole western region.Based on the educational information teaching ability of Yinchuan City,this study selected the representative primary and secondary schools in Jinfeng District of Yinchuan City:the 13 th Middle School,the 11 th Primary School,and the way of questionnaire investigation and actual investigation.Based on the data of Excel processing questionnaire,this paper analyzes the present situation of the information teaching ability of primary and middle school teachers in Jinfeng District,Yinchuan City,and puts forward some corresponding solutions according to the conclusion of the investigation.In order to enhance the Yinchuan City Jinfeng District primary and secondary school teachers information teaching ability.
