With the constant adjustment of the national education policy,private education is playing an increasingly important role in the national education system.With the continuous development of the national economy,the state has introduced a series of policies to standardize the status quo of the private education industry.The private education market gradually tends to develop reasonably and perfectly with the continuous improvement of the policies.HR Education Group is the largest private education group in Wuxi.Since its establishment,it has developed for more than 10 years.Its current business covers preschool education,primary school education and junior and senior high school education,which enjoys great popularity and advantages in the local market.However,as the private education market continues to be hot and the government continues to adjust its policies on the private education market,the market share of HR education groups is constantly squeezed by competitors and competition in the industry is increasingly intensified,which has a great impact on the development of HR education groups.In view of this,this paper chooses HR Education Group as the research object,and conducts in-depth research and analysis on it.This paper first studies the relevant concepts and theories,mainly from the development of private education and strategic theory and related tools are summarized,for the current development of private education has a basic understanding of the status quo;Secondly,in view of the development status of HR education group,the fish bone diagram method is used to finally summarize the problems existing in the development of HR education group,such as unreasonable resource allocation,poor teaching quality,imperfect internal management system and insufficient school running characteristics;Then,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the development environment of the group;Then,this paper uses SWOT matrix to analyze and select the development strategy of the group,and finally determines the development strategy as the basic strategy of the group;Finally,in view of the problems existing in the development of HR education group,this paper puts forward four strategies: reasonable optimization of resource allocation,comprehensive improvement of teaching quality,establishment and improvement of school internal management mechanism and establishment of characteristic schools,so as to improve the development level of HR education group and solve the problems faced by the group in the process of development.The research in this paper,on the one hand,helps HR Education Group to improve the current development level and remove the obstacles encountered in the expansion road,on the other hand,it is also helpful to the formulation of strategic objectives and countermeasures for the development of HR Education Group,which is of great significance for the optimization of the strategic framework of HR Education Group.
