With the rapid development of China’s Internet economy,the business model of "Internet+" is using the power of science and technology to achieve effective integration with various industries.On the one hand,these achievements benefited from the general environment of technological development,on the other hand,they also benefited from the government’s policy support for related industries.At present,China’s Internet sports industry has a strong momentum of development,with a wide variety of business models.From a market perspective,the demand for China’s sports activities is increasing year by year,and the realization of intelligent,digital,and green sports activities is also an urgent need in this field.ZL company is planning in the field of "Internet sports",paying particular attention to the development of digital event management systems.Based in Chengdu and Shenzhen,the two major first-tier cities,ZL company deploys the national sports market and provides informatization and intelligent management services for domestic sports hosting.With the rise of other service software and Internet sports service channels,market competition has intensified,and ZL’s competitors have surged.In the face of huge market pressure,how should ZL company complete its strategic transformation and upgrade,find market segments,build a more complete software service fortress,and gain market share in the face of huge market pressure?Based on the background of the development of "Internet Sports",this paper uses strategic management theory and related knowledge to develop a scientific and reasonable strategic plan for ZL company based on the comprehensive analysis of ZL company’s internal and external environment,combined with the strategic objectives of enterprise development strategy.This paper uses strategic analysis tools such as PEST,Porter’s five forces model,EFE,IFE,SWOT,and expert evaluation methods to clearly evaluate the internal strengths and weaknesses of ZL company,identify opportunities and threats outside the company,and continue analyzing the influence of these factors on ZL company deeply.Finally,the SWOT matrix and strategic quadrilateral tools are used to clarify the company’s proactive strategic choice of SO,that is,adhere to technological advantages,adhere to brand deepening,adhere to scene development,break the time and space limitations of offline sports,and combine online and offline methods to seize the target market deeply.Finally,from the four aspects of reasonable financing planning,strengthening product "scene" applications,maintaining customer relationships,and forming strategic alliances;The ZL company’s strategic safeguard measures are proposed from four aspects: building brand influence,strengthening talent team building,establishing corporate culture,and strengthening product innovation.The significance of this paper lies in providing the basis for ZL company’s scientific system matching strategy positioning,implementing strategic planning and gaining competitive advantage,on the other hand,it provides reference for ZL company’s strategic planning of small and medium-sized Internet technology enterprises in similar situations in the same industry.
